Salina de la Renta Talks MLW Return – Speaking on Busted Open Radio, Salina de la Renta shared her excitement about her return to MLW this past week.
“It was incredible. I was so happy to be back at my home. The crowd was excited, I was excited, and I really can’t wait to share what I have planned for the rest of the season. But you’re just gonna have to wait,” Salina expressed.
When asked about the frustration of being away from the wrestling company, Salina acknowledged that it was indeed disheartening. However, she explained that her hiatus was necessary as she decided to go back to school. Salina emphasized her strong belief in education and revealed that she had received a scholarship to Full Sail University. This break from wrestling allowed her to acquire more knowledge, and she looks forward to channeling the pent-up energy and passion she’s been holding onto for the past two years.
“It was definitely a little upsetting, having to take some time off, but it was what I had to do during the time. Two years ago, I decided to go back to school, and I got a scholarship to Full Sail University, and I’ve always been very pro-school. I really wanted to dedicate the time. So it only helps with my return because now I come back with more knowledge and with that rage that I’ve been holding onto for two years, so I’m ready to unleash the beast,” she said.
Regarding her goals, Salina made her intentions clear. She aims to showcase talent on television and has set her sights on winning all the gold in MLW (Major League Wrestling). Her return promises to bring new energy and ambition to the promotion.
