NXT Level Up Spoilers for 9/22

Here are the full spoilers for the September 22 edition of NXT Level Up, which was taped at the WWE Performance Center in Orlando:

1. Myles Borne defeated Riley Osborne.
2. Ivy Nile defeated Izzy Dame. This match was the opening bout of the NXT Level Up episode.
3. Fallon Henley defeated Arianna Grace. Before the match, Arianna Grace cut a promo, revealing her return from injury with a Beauty Queen gimmick. The finish came when Grace tried to use the ropes for leverage on a roll-up, but she had a dispute with the referee, allowing Fallon Henley to execute her own roll-up with her feet on the ropes.
4. Axiom defeated Charlie Dempsey in the final Global Heritage Invitational match.
