New Match Announced for WrestleDream – Aussie Open has expressed their interest in challenging for the AEW World Tag Team Championships and issued a challenge to FTR.
After securing a quick victory over local talent during tonight’s AEW Collision event, Aussie Open took the opportunity to address FTR.
They asked if the current champions were watching and emphasized that both teams have a track record of success in various promotions. Aussie Open officially called for a title shot and proposed a championship match against FTR at AEW’s WrestleDream event.
As seen below, FTR later accepted the challenge and Tony Khan made it official for WrestleDream on Sunday, October 1, from Seattle, WA.
