Bianca Belair Opens Up About Her WWE TV Hiatus – As noted, Bianca Belair’s absence from WWE television has been attributed to a legitimate knee injury.
This absence was incorporated into a storyline on the August 18 episode of SmackDown, where Belair, alongside Charlotte Flair, secured a victory over Bayley and WWE Women’s Champion IYO SKY. Following the match, she became the target of Damage CTRL, who honed in on her knee, mirroring the injury that she had been portraying since SummerSlam.
In a recent interview with The Metro, Bianca Belair shed light on her hiatus. She explained that her time away was a form of self-care and hinted at exciting personal projects that she’s been involved in, with an eye toward the future. Among these endeavors, she mentioned her work on a children’s book, showcasing her multifaceted talents beyond the wrestling ring.
“Right now, it was just some self-care. We did some things with us personally that I’m so excited about. It has to do with the future. I’m trying to write a children’s book as well.”
Belair also mentioned her involvement in a new reality series alongside her husband, Montez Ford, which is set to air on Hulu TV. She noted that participating in reality TV is a fresh experience for her, as it’s something she had never considered in the past.
