Brian Cage And Big Bill Earn Tag Team Titles Shot – Tonight’s AEW Rampage featured a tag team battle royal with eight tag teams competing. In the end, the duo of Big Bill and Brian Cage last eliminated The Butcher and The Blade to win the bout.
Bill and Cage began teaming in the AEW Blind Eliminator tag team tournament this summer. They defeated Matt Sydal and Trent Beretta in the quarterfinals but came up short against Adam Cole and MJF in the semifinals.
FTR are set to defend the AEW World Tag Team Championship against MJF and Cole on the July 29 Collision. The winner of that match will defend the titles against Bill and Cage. The date for the bout has not been announced yet.
