Jim Ross Says Drew McIntyre is The Future

Jim Ross

Jim Ross sounded off on being surprised that with WrestleMania 35 right around the corner, Drew McIntyre doesn’t have a match at the biggest event of the year for the company booked already.

Recently on The Jim Ross Report, the legendary broadcast made it known that he thinks Monday Night Raw star Drew McIntyre should have a match booked for this show. He also went onto praise him and went on record by stating that he believes McIntyre is the future of WWE.

“I was shocked in a certain sense that McIntyre was not figured higher in the card at WrestleMania. He’s the future, in a lot of ways.”

“I still think he’s a big time player… He’s everything Vince [McMahon] likes. He’s a good-looking guy, he’s well-muscled, he’s in great shape. He works firm, stiff, and solid. And he’s different. I think he’s one of the key cogs to the future of the WWE, without a doubt.”
