As noted, Kevin Owens underwent double knee surgery on Tuesday. Initially, no real timeframe was given for “KO’s” return, however, it was speculated it could be anywhere from four to eight months.
According to Dave Meltzer, Owens is expected back to return to action around late February or early March. It was also noted that the damage to Owens’ left knee was worse than initially expected. It was serious, however, he did not require full reconstructive surgery on either knee.
Owens posted the photo below following the surgery, writing that “They had a 2 for 1 sale going at the surgery store!”
