In an update on the “Broken Matt Hardy” trademark, Matt Hardy’s application for ownership has reached the publication stage.
Anthem/Impact now has a 30-day period to file an opposition. If Anthem/Impact doesn’t respond by December 15th, Hardy will legally own the gimmick on December 19th and will be able to use it in WWE or any other company.
