– TMZ Sports caught up with Big Show to ask about UFC fighter Conor McGregor and his recent controversial comments about WWE. Show says he’s a fan of McGregor and respects his work in the Octagon. Show says he gets it, Conor is a trash talker and likes to make headlines. Show wishes him the best and isn’t sure if Conor was just shooting an angle. Show says the business is about entertaining folks and if people want to see Conor wrestle someone, anything can and will happen.
– Cody Rhodes returned to the ring at tonight’s EVOLVE 66 iPPV in Maryland. He defeated Zack Sabre, Jr. in the main event, by submission using the American Nightmare. After the match, they shook hands and Rhodes talked about how his passion for the business is burning bright. He indicated that he will continue working for EVOLVE and mentioned not joining Drew Galloway’s stable.
