Providing backstage updates ahead of Saturday’s AEW WrestleDream event, new reports have updated the current status of former WWE Star Kairi Sane.
According to a report from Fightful Select, no formal agreement has been reached between KAIRI and All Elite Wrestling.
Although discussions between both sides have taken place over recent months, sources indicate that a final arrangement remains unfinalized as the promotion prepares for Saturday night:
- Ongoing Status: Reporting on the current negotiations confirms that “There was still no deal done with her as of this week with AEW.”
- Confirmed Cruise Appearance: Additionally, KAIRI is officially confirmed for Chris Jericho’s Rock ‘N’ Wrestling Rager at Sea: Seventh Cruise of a Seventh Cruise, which sails from Miami, Florida, to Bimini, Bahamas, from November 7 to November 11.

The lack of a signed contract leaves her status uncertain as All Elite Wrestling finalizes its match card and surprise segments for the broadcast. While rumors regarding an impending appearance picked up momentum following discussions earlier in the autumn, the promotion has yet to lock in a finalized deal.
Without a binding agreement, it remains unconfirmed whether last-minute talks will progress ahead of Saturday’s show or if an unexpected appearance could materialize during the event.
