Channing “Stacks” Lorenzo has provided an update and shared a direct message from his hospital bed following a scary injury scare at a recent live event.
Lorenzo suffered the injury during an NXT house show on October 17 while competing in a tag team match. He struck his face against the ring post during an outside spot before taking a hard bump to the floor, ultimately requiring a stretcher and immediate medical attention.
Hospital Update And Attitude
Taking to social media on Sunday, the BirthRight faction member shared a photo from his hospital bed giving the middle finger to the camera. He accompanied the post with a characteristically defiant message regarding his medical situation.
“Doc was concerned about my ‘attitude’ … Told ’em it’s a preexisting condition… The show goes on,” Lorenzo wrote.
Recovery And In-Ring Status
Lorenzo followed up with another snapshot featuring the caption, “Right back to the grind.” While his social media posts prove he remains in high spirits, official details regarding the exact nature of his injury or a concrete timetable for his in-ring return have not yet been disclosed.
