WWE superstar Danhausen recently opened up about his iconic “Very Nice, Very Evil” look, revealing that applying his signature face paint takes far less time than fans might expect.
Since making his high-profile WWE debut inside a mysterious crate at Elimination Chamber 2026, Danhausen has become a mainstay across WWE programming while continuing to break into pop culture. During an interview with BANG Showbiz, the character-driven wrestler broke down the mechanics of his daily routine and shared his ambitious crossover goals.
“Five Minutes or So” for Human Makeup
Despite his elaborate white-and-red face design, Danhausen revealed that the application process is surprisingly fast, perfected over years of staying in character:
“Probably about five minutes or so. It’s not too long anymore. Danhausen’s gotten quite good at putting on human makeups. Down, down pat. Got to do it so often now, when in public, that Danhausen doesn’t want to be bombarded by Fanhausens because I’m such a celebrity now.”

Beyond the ring, Danhausen has set his sights on mainstream television. He noted that appearing on The Simpsons—specifically during their legendary annual horror showcase—remains a top career bucket-list goal:
“Oh, yes, that’s a dream come true. So we’ve got to make that dream come true, Danhausen. Even if you want to put Danhausen in a Treehouse of Horror as a guest star, that would be great. Let’s get it in there. Let’s put it out in the universe.”
Additionally, the fan-favorite detailed his pitch for a self-titled television series, along with a stacked celebrity guest lineup:
“Oh, it’d be called the Danhausens. Love that Danhausen. Be a sitcom starring Danhausen where I get paid lots of human monies, and I suppose I would just do normal style things like going to work. It’d be riveting television for everyone. I’ll go to the office. Perhaps we’ll call it The Office if that’s not taken.”
When pressed on potential co-stars for the project, he listed a star-studded ensemble:
“Oh, let’s see. We’ll put on Conan O’Brien, Dan Zieg, and Sabrina Carpenter, and Meg The Stallion. Yes, but of course, a great, great cast. Weird Al Yankovic also.”
