Logan Paul has provided a new update on his recovery from a torn triceps, and the WWE star says he is far ahead of the original timeline. Paul has been out of action since suffering the injury, which was expected to keep him sidelined for close to six months. Now, he says his progress has moved much faster than expected.
In a new YouTube vlog, Paul showed how much mobility he has regained and revealed that he no longer needs to wear his arm brace. He appeared upbeat about his progress and confident that his recovery is moving at an accelerated pace.

During the vlog, Paul joked about how quickly he is healing. “Look at this, bro. You see this? What do you mean, bro? I’m Wolverine. I heal fast,” he said. He then added that he is far ahead of schedule. “I’m three months ahead, bro.”
Reports now indicate that Paul has reached around 60 to 70 degrees of clearance in his arm. He has been sharing updates on Instagram, including a photo showing the bruising on his triceps. In that post, he reflected on how the injury changed his perspective. “Crazy how I went from body slamming 300-pound dudes to barely being able to bounce a ball. Life comes at you fast, kids,” Paul wrote.
The original timeline suggested Paul would be out for half a year, but his current progress points to a much earlier return. While WWE has not announced an official comeback date, Paul appears to be two to three months ahead of expectations. If his recovery continues at this pace, he could be back in the ring sooner than anyone anticipated.
Paul’s fast progress is encouraging for fans and for WWE, especially with major events coming up later in the year. For now, he continues to document his journey and remains focused on returning stronger than before.
