Logan Paul Set For Court Appearance In CryptoZoo Lawsuit Against Coffeezilla

WWE star Logan Paul is set to appear in court as his legal battle with YouTuber Stephen Findeisen, better known as Coffeezilla, continues to unfold.

The dispute stems from allegations connected to Paul’s CryptoZoo project, which became the subject of a viral investigative video series released by Coffeezilla in December 2022. Paul has since filed a lawsuit in a Texas federal court, naming Findeisen and Coffee Break Productions as defendants. A hearing is scheduled to take place in San Antonio.

Paul is seeking more than $75,000 in damages, along with punitive damages. His legal team strongly disputes the claims made in Coffeezilla’s videos, arguing that the content misrepresented key facts and events surrounding the project.

According to the lawsuit, Paul did not commit fraud and was instead misled by other individuals involved in CryptoZoo. His attorneys also claim that Paul personally suffered financial losses exceeding $1 million.

In 2023, Paul launched a buyback program aimed at reimbursing CryptoZoo users, pledging up to $2.3 million. The initiative ran for several months before concluding in 2024, with reports indicating that more than $1 million was returned to participants.

The lawsuit also highlights a June 2023 social media post by Findeisen, which read: “Logan Paul really is the type of dude to thank you when you expose his scam, then block you when you remind him to pay up.” The post reportedly garnered over 6.5 million views.

As the case moves forward, the legal dispute continues to draw attention from both the wrestling and online creator communities.

Meanwhile, Paul remains sidelined from WWE competition due to a triceps injury he suffered at Saturday Night’s Main Event. There is currently no official timeline for his in-ring return.
