Bron Breakker Says His New WWE Faction Has “A Lot of Unraveling to Come” – Bron Breakker is embracing his role in WWE’s newest faction, joining forces with Seth Rollins, Paul Heyman, and Bronson Reed. While the group is still in its early stages, Breakker says there’s plenty more to come.
In an interview with FOX 5 Atlanta, Breakker addressed several topics, including the fan energy in his hometown of Atlanta and what’s next for his new alliance on WWE television.
When asked about wrestling in front of his hometown crowd, Breakker admitted he hasn’t had the opportunity yet.
“Well, to be honest, I haven’t worked one (a show in Atlanta) yet so, it’s hard to say. I don’t know. Pretty sure I’m not working Saturday Night’s Main Event that’s in Atlanta either (he laughed). So, one day I’ll have an answer for you on that… One of these days, I’ll get to experience my hometown’s energy and love but, you know, I don’t know. We’ll see.”
While Breakker won’t be in action during the July 12 Saturday Night’s Main Event in Atlanta, his factionmate Seth Rollins is booked to face LA Knight in a featured singles match.
On the topic of the faction’s progress, Breakker expressed optimism about what’s being built.
“I think they’re going great. We’re moving along. I think that we’re very much in the beginning stages of sort of who we are and what our purpose is. Seth (Rollins) has sort of explained our mission statement as to what we’re doing as a whole but individually, we’re saving that for the right time and that’s gonna embark on new storylines with particular people or specific people. Sort of spice up what we’re doing, sort of hopefully bring intrigue and interest in some of the stuff that we’re creating together so, very much in the beginning. There’s a lot of unraveling to come.”
With Rollins leading the charge and Paul Heyman guiding the group behind the scenes, Breakker and Reed represent the faction’s brute force. As WWE heads into its summer slate of events, fans can expect new rivalries and developments from the group.
