AEW Collision Viewership Rises on July 19, Demo Rating Slightly Declines

AEW Collision Viewership Rises on July 19, Demo Rating Slightly Declines – The July 19th episode of AEW Collision on TNT drew 348,000 viewers, marking an increase from the previous week’s special Thursday broadcast on July 10, which brought in 323,000 viewers.

Despite the rise in overall viewership, the 18–49 demographic rating slightly dropped, with Saturday’s episode scoring a 0.06 compared to the 0.07 demo rating on July 10. It’s important to note that the July 10th edition aired on a Thursday due to AEW All In weekend scheduling, while July 19 marked Collision’s return to its regular Saturday slot. The last Saturday episode, which aired on July 5, drew 310,000 viewers and a stronger 0.10 demo rating.

This week’s Collision was also the first show following AEW All In and featured several notable developments, including the fallout from the major event. While the episode was simulcast on HBO Max, viewership data from the streaming platform is currently unavailable, so the total reach of the show remains unclear.

YouTube metrics for the July 19 show suggest fan interest was concentrated on segments involving The Death Riders and Colt Cabana. The top five most viewed Collision clips from AEW’s YouTube channel include:

  1. Death Riders ambush Colt Cabana and hang him with a chain – 226K views
  2. Dustin Rhodes steps up to Kyle Fletcher, gets an offer from Don Callis – 171K views
  3. Kris Statlander gets advice from Yuta: ‘Champions bounce back’ – 115K views
  4. Toni Storm & Athena banter about being the ‘only balcony b***’* – 110K views
  5. Best Wrestler Alive™ ends match in two minutes – 85K views

With the post-All In momentum carrying over to Collision, it remains to be seen whether AEW can sustain the modest viewership increase in the coming weeks, especially amid ongoing shifts in programming and scheduling.
