11/27 WWE RAW Preview

11/27 WWE RAW Results – We begin with highlights from Saturday’s WWE Survivor Series.

We have a new RAW intro video and theme song. We are live from the Bridgestone Arena in Nashville, TN, as Randy Orton makes his way to the ring to start the show. He stops and signs an autograph of an action figure for a lucky kid named Frankie. He makes his way into the ring and the sustained roar grows as he does his out-stretched arms pose on the ropes.

The theme music dies down and the “Randy! Randy!” chants grow louder. He soaks in the moment and begins by saying it sounds like a fan of the fans missed him. The fans cheer.

He says he is back for as long as he can stay here.  Randy welcomes everyone to Raw.  He says he was gone a while.  He says while he was gone, it gave him plenty of time to think about his accomplishments and accolades.  He says there is one thing he has never done.  That is compete in War Games.  When his friend Cody Rhodes picked up the phone and gave him a call, of course he was in.  There was another reason he wanted to be in War Games is because that match wsa created by Dusty Rhodes.  To be in that match is to be part of history.  It is about making moments.   Randy says he wants to make moments.  Randy says he has some unfinished business with the Bloodline.

Randy says he made his career out of putting people on the shelf.  He can forgive but he can’t forget.  He has a bag full of receipts for every member of the Bloodline.  That means everyone. You know what those receipts are going to come in and they are the three most dangerous letters in all of Sports Entertainment… R K O.

Rhea Ripley’s music plays and she makes her way to the ring.

Rhea welcomes Randy back.  She says that was quite a performance at Survivor Series.  She says she didn’t see him as someone who does favors or teams with people he has issues with, or having a big return after eighteen months upstaged.  It would be a shame to have this all wasted, but the landscape has changed.  The Bloodline has fallen and THE Judgment Day has risen as the top faction in WWE.  When it comes to War Games, that was just a bump in the road.  The reality is that they are dripping in gold  She wiped the floor with Zoey Stark.  Dom is the NXT North American Champion.  Finn and Damian hold those tag titles that you lost nearly everything to try to get.  If not for you, Damian Priest would be World Champion.

You have come in here and made these enemies.  Enemies who could make your life a living nightmare.  You need to stop focusing on the Bloodline because they don’t get the job done.

Randy says that he was watching and he saw Rhea and heard Mami this and Mami that.  Randy tells Rhea that Daddy’s back.

Randy says that Rhea said a lot of things have changed and that is true.  The one thing that hasn’t changed and never will change is that nobody tells Randy Orton what to do.

Rhea manically laughs.  She says she tried to warn Randy and give him an out.  You have made THE Judgment Day your enemies now.

JD McDonagh and Dominik Mysterio attack Randy from behind.  Randy fights out of the corner and he sends JD shoulder first into the ring post.  Randy sets for an IEDDT on Dom but JD hits him from behind.  Randy with an RKO to JD.

Randy takes the mic and he tells Dom not to go too far.  Randy says he is going to find Adam Pearce and he is going to make sure that he gets Dom in this ring, one on one, tonight.

Punk says it looks like hell froze over.  Punk says this is him standing in a WWE ring on Raw with a live microphone in his hand.  He doesn’t mean the fact that a Blackhawks fan is loved in the Predators’ barn.  He says he has been feeling a bit more like himself since Saturday.  It was a career highlight and he has been thinking of the words to explain how he feels.  He has two words and he is scared of how true they are.  They are a bit corny and don’t sound like CM Punk.  He was told by an American Dream that as long as you speak the truth, you are speaking from the heart.

Punk says “I’m home”  Punk says he is back to a familiar place.  He says this is where he belongs.  He says he has been gone for ten years.  Over ten years, you never forgot him even when he wanted to forget himself.  You are powerful.  A bunch of continents and countries around the world.  The people didn’t stop chanting his name.  The voiceless found their voice and he could not be more proud.  Punk says he is back because he loves you guys.  He says he misses you and he misses this.  He says he wishes he didn’t have to leave.  He said a wiseman told him that to get everything he needs, he has to leave and come back.  Punk says he hates to say that the wise man was right.  Saturday was an amazing moment.  Monday is an amazing moment.  In front of and behind the camera it has been nothing but love and hugs.  He has been welcomed back and welcomed home.  He says people have asked about AJ.  He says she is fabulous and she sends her regards.

Everyone has welcomed him back with open arms . . . almost everyone.  Some people are afraid of the truth.  Punk says everything he has wanted is here.  Everyone competes to be the best in the world, but the best in the world hasn’t been here for ten years.  Punk says they are afraid he has set the bar too high and that he has put the brass ring in his pocket.  He says people are afraid tomorrow they will wake up that their chance to be best in the world failed.  Punk says the best of the world is back and in the ring in Nashville on Raw and his name is . . .

The crowd chants CM Punk.

Punk says he is not here to make friends, he is here to make money as we go to credits.
