The Young Bucks Earn AEW Tag Team Title Shot – The Young Bucks, consisting of Matt and Nick Jackson, have secured a future Tag Team Title opportunity.

During the AEW WrestleDream event, The Young Bucks competed in a four-way tag team match against The Gunns (Austin and Colten Gunn), the Lucha Brothers (Penta El Zero Miedo and Rey Fenix), and the duo of Orange Cassidy and HOOK. The stipulation of the match was that the winning team would earn the right to challenge for the AEW World Tag Team Championship at a time of their preference.

During the match, an unfortunate incident occurred when Rey Fenix suffered an apparent injury and had to be taken to the back, leaving his partner, Penta, to continue the fight on his own. Despite this setback, the remaining teams battled fiercely for the title opportunity.

In the end, The Young Bucks emerged victorious, securing their future shot at the AEW World Tag Team Championships, which are currently held by FTR (Dax Harwood and Cash Wheeler).

As of now, there has been no announcement regarding when The Young Bucks will exercise their title shot, and it remains to be seen when they will challenge for the tag team gold in AEW.
