PCO Re-Signs With Impact Wrestling – Impact Wrestling made an exciting announcement on Tuesday, revealing that PCO has officially signed a new contract with the company. While specific details about the terms of the new deal were not disclosed, it marks an important step for both PCO and Impact Wrestling.
PCO expressed his enthusiasm about being part of the new era of TNA Wrestling and cited the offer extended to him by Scott D’Amore, which he couldn’t refuse. This decision to continue his journey with Impact comes after a period of negotiation and discussions. PCO’s previous Impact contract was set to expire on October 30. It was initially expected that he would depart from the company at the conclusion of his contract, but PCO’s notice to Impact “reopened” discussions between the two parties.
At Impact’s recent Bound for Glory pay-per-view, PCO secured a victory in a Monster’s Ball match, competing against formidable opponents such as Moose, Rhino, and Steve Maclin.
Impact also highlighted that PCO marks the first signing of the new era of TNA Wrestling. Following Bound for Glory, Impact Wrestling revealed its name change back to TNA Wrestling, with the rebranding set to commence at the Hard to Kill PPV in January 2024.
PCO, a 55-year-old wrestler, joined Impact at the beginning of 2022 and has experienced a career resurgence in recent years. His journey has included winning the ROH World Championship from December 2019 to February 2020, making him a prominent figure in the wrestling world.
