Bianca Belair Looks Back On Her WWE Raw Women’s Title Reign – Bianca Belair says she is grateful to be proud of the history of the Raw Women’s Championship.
Belair won the gold at WrestleMania 38 when she defeated Becky Lynch. She then had a historic reign as the Raw Women’s Champion; she set a new record for the longest reign with the title. During Belair’s reign, she became the longest-reigning Black world champion in WWE. The Raw Women’s Championship was seemingly replaced by the WWE Women’s Championship on the June 9 episode of WWE SmackDown, as Asuka was presented with the new title.
In a tweet, Belair expressed her thoughts on the Raw Women’s Championship and stated that it meant a lot to her. She wrote that she felt pride and joy led to her record-breaking reign, and she was grateful to be part of the championship’s history.
“That RAW Women’s Title means SO much to me. The journey was full of blood, sweat, tears, black eyes/stitches, hardwork/grind, sacrifice, exhaustion, but MOSTLY PRIDE & JOY that led me to be the Longest Reigning RAW Women’s Champion. I am so grateful to be a part of this history!”
