WWE Now Goes Live Before Survivor Series, Shawn Michaels Gives Props To Drew McIntyre, CM Punk

Survivor Series
- Shawn Michaels recently spoke with ComicBook.com and gave big praise to Drew McIntyre.

"I think Drew is doing a phenomenal job," Michaels said. "He was a guy (that) had been in the WWE before, but then went out and just felt like he needed to grow. He needed to get more experience, he needed just try something different. He felt like what he was doing wasn't working. And he went out and he did that.

"Then (he) came back through NXT, was a guy that did not have to be here at the Performance Center on a regular basis, but he still came down here, came and sat, certainly in our class, took part in it. He made the most of the opportunity that he had."

- Mike Rome and Cathy Kelley will host a live episode of WWE Now this coming Sunday at 3pm ET on Facebook, Twitter and YouTube. They will preview the Survivor Series pay-per-view with guests Paul Heyman, Samoa Joe and Alexa Bliss.

Heyman will offer insight into how his client is preparing to face WWE Champion Daniel Bryan at Survivor Series. Bliss will fill in the WWE Universe on her captaining style. And Samoa Joe will surely have a pointed message for all of Raw as the blue brand looks to end their two Survivor Series losing streak.

- As noted, CM Punk appeared on the WGN News Primetime special in Chicago earlier this week. @KevKellam tweeted about how Punk joked on a possible WWE return during the appearance.

Host Pat Tomasulo asked Punk what it would take for him to return to pro wrestling. Punk replied: "A time machine."
