WWE has some of their top feuds mapped out for the next couple of months, including plans for Universal Championship matches at live events.
Advertisements were sent out by WWE and they list Seth Rollins vs. Drew McIntyre so it looks like McIntyre will be the first superstar to challenge Rollins for the Universal Championship.
“Seth’s program is going to end up being with Drew McIntyre, it looks like,” Dave Meltzer said on Wrestling Observer Radio. “There’s advertisements out for matches with Seth and Drew so that’s what it looks like the program is going to be.”
Of course, everything is subject to change especially with the Superstar Shake-Up coming up next week. McIntyre has been pushed as a top star and Vince McMahon likes him so it’s no surprise to see him in the title picture, even though he lost to Roman Reigns at WrestleMania 35.
