Spoiler news and notes surfaced regarding the WWE Money In The Bank 2026 premium live event on October 10 from the Smoothie King Center in New Orleans, Louisiana.
Featured below is the internal match order listed for the 10/10 WWE Money In The Bank PLE:
- WWE World Heavyweight Title: Roman Reigns (c) vs. LA Knight (Opening Match)
- Women’s Money In The Bank Ladder Match
- Oba Femi vs. Bronson Reed
- WWE Women’s World Title: Stephanie Vaquer (c) vs. Becky Lynch vs. Liv Morgan
- Men’s Money In The Bank Ladder Match (Main Event)
In late creative changes heading into the event, Bron Breakker emerged as the favored choice to win the Men’s Money in the Bank ladder match, shifting away from Penta, who had been heavily discussed earlier in the week.
On the women’s side, Roxanne Perez was positioned as the primary creative favorite to capture the briefcase, overtaking Lash Legend, who had previously been viewed as the frontrunner.
Elsewhere on the card, Oba Femi and Roman Reigns were heavily favored by internal creative metrics to secure victories in their respective matches against Bronson Reed and LA Knight.
While these served as the reported creative plans heading into the broadcast, final outcomes always remained subject to sudden adjustments.
Meanwhile, additional background details surfaced regarding WWE’s decision to move Money in the Bank from its originally scheduled September 6 date.
The September date was first unveiled in October 2025, with WWE officially announcing the shift to October 10 in June 2026. However, company officials had locked in the rescheduling months prior to the public announcement to accommodate broader touring and broadcast scheduling conflicts.
Ahead of the live broadcast, both the Men’s and Women’s Money in the Bank ladder matches underwent full walk-through rehearsals on Saturday afternoon. Production elements for the stage design featured a prominent Money in the Bank-themed armored truck, alongside emergency medical vehicles positioned on-site.
