Update on Lei Ying Lee TNA status – Former two-time Knockouts World Champion Lei Ying Lee has been absent from TNA Wrestling programming since her championship rematch against Xia Brookside on the July 9 episode of iMPACT!. A new report has now provided clarity regarding her extended hiatus.
According to Mike Johnson of PWInsider, Lee’s absence is due to an extended personal trip to her home country of China to visit family. The visit marks her first return to China in several years.
Despite her prolonged hiatus from television broadcasts, Lee remains under contract with TNA Wrestling.
