Kairi Explains Decision To Join Chris Jericho’s Rock N Wrestling Rager At Sea

Following her departure from WWE earlier this year, KAIRI has opened up about why she chose Chris Jericho’s upcoming Rock N Wrestling Rager At Sea as her first major post-WWE appearance.

Despite being free to take independent or promotional bookings since July, KAIRI has remained selective about her next steps. When an invitation arrived to board the seventh voyage of the fan-favorite cruise, the concept of embracing her iconic “Pirate Princess” persona on an actual ship proved too good to pass up.

Speaking with Weekly Pro Wrestling, KAIRI shared her thoughts on the upcoming booking:

I received a truly wonderful offer from the Jericho Cruise. The idea of working aboard a ship as the ‘Pirate Princess’ really excites me. After leaving WWE, I wanted my first wrestling-related activity to be something I genuinely wanted to do, and this was it.

While fans originally speculated that the November 7–11 cruise might serve as a stealth in-ring return, KAIRI clarified that she will not be competing in matches during the event. Instead, her time aboard the vessel will focus on fan interactions, merchandise sales, and autograph sessions as she continues preparing for her eventual return to active competition.

As Wrestling Attitude recently reported, KAIRI’s potential AEW debut is not being held up by her visa status, putting to rest online speculation regarding administrative hurdles.
