Ilja Dragunov’s first opponent in AEW has been revealed ahead of his in-ring debut on Dynamite. The former WWE star is set to compete in the ring for his new promotion, marking an important milestone in his career.
As announced by Tony Khan, Dragunov is scheduled to face “Speedball” Mike Bailey on the October 21 episode of AEW Dynamite.
This upcoming clash marks Dragunov’s first official match for the promotion since his arrival at AEW WrestleDream. Meanwhile, Bailey looks to bounce back following his appearance in the high-stakes Clockwork Carnage match for the AEW World Title at the same pay-per-view event, where he was eliminated first.
