Indi Hartwell Captures TNA Knockouts World Championship at Bound For Glory 2026

Persistence has officially paid off for Indi Hartwell. After falling short in her championship quest at last year’s marquee event, Hartwell broke through on Sunday night at TNA Bound for Glory 2026, capturing the TNA Knockouts World Championship from Xia Brookside.

The high-stakes championship clash carried an extra layer of authority and prestige, with recently inducted TNA Hall of Famer Mickie James serving as the special guest referee.

Hartwell’s journey to the championship has been a long-term goal. During an interview with Battleground in May 2026, Hartwell opened up about her decision to re-sign with TNA, emphasizing that her primary motivation was capturing the Knockouts World Title and cementing her legacy in the division.

Entering the ring with laser focus, Hartwell looked to erase the heartbreak of her failed challenge against Kelani Jordan at the previous year’s Bound for Glory. Brookside proved to be a formidable champion, mounting a fierce defense to protect her reign. However, the definitive turning point arrived in the closing moments when Hartwell caught the champion and executed her signature Hurts Donut, planting Brookside to the mat for the decisive pinfall.

The victory brings an end to Brookside’s championship reign at 105 days, while crowning Hartwell as the new standard-bearer for the TNA women’s division.
