Indi Hartwell Wrestles Mercedes Mone at House of Glory Event – Indi Hartwell has taken the next step in her wrestling career following her WWE departure in November, making her first independent wrestling appearance in the United States since leaving the company.
Hartwell, who joined WWE in 2019, became a prominent figure in NXT, winning both the NXT Women’s Tag Team Championship and the NXT Women’s Championship. She also gained popularity as a member of The Way alongside Johnny Gargano, Candice LeRae, Austin Theory, and later Dexter Lumis. Despite her success in NXT, her time on RAW and SmackDown was short-lived before she was released in 2023.
Now back on the independent scene, Hartwell competed at House of Glory’s City of Dreamz event in Jamaica, Queens, New York City on Saturday night. She faced AEW TBS Champion Mercedes Moné in a high-profile match but ultimately came up short.
Hartwell’s return to independent wrestling signals a fresh chapter in her career, and it remains to be seen where she will compete next.
