Adam Page, Brody King, and Bandido Win Trios Titles at AEW WrestleDream

The AEW World Trios Championship changed hands in dramatic fashion as “Hangman” Adam Page, Brody King, and Bandido defeated Swerve Strickland and New Level (Kofi Kingston and Austin Creed) in a grueling 2-Out-Of-3 Falls Match.

The chaotic title bout featured relentless action, high-flying offense, and intense physical encounters from the opening bell to the final pinfall.

First Fall: New Level and Swerve Strickland Take Early Control

Austin Creed and Bandido kicked off the contest before Adam Page tagged in to level Kofi Kingston with a Fallaway Slam. Tension spilled outside the ring early as Page targeted Swerve Strickland, forcing Brody King and Bandido to step in and restore order among their team.

After a series of triple-team maneuvers from the challengers, New Level shifted the momentum. Creed leveled Bandido with a sequence of clotheslines and a sharp apron kick before taking down Page. Strickland tagged in to drive Bandido into the mat, keeping the pressure on the opposition.

Though Bandido retaliated with an explosive Tornado DDT, New Level quickly isolated him. Creed held Bandido in position, allowing Kingston to connect with a leg drop off the ropes followed by a precise elbow drop to score the three-count and claim the first fall.

Second Fall: Page, King, and Bandido Equalize

Strickland opened the second fall with a devastating Swerve Stomp on Bandido, but Page rushed in to break up the pinfall attempt. As tension boiled over between Page and Strickland, Page attempted a Buckshot Lariat, which Strickland dodged. Page immediately adapted, planting Strickland with a Dead Eye.

New Level pulled Strickland to safety to prevent a cover, but King tagged in to orchestrate a rapid turnaround. Outside the ring, Page caught Strickland with a clean Buckshot Lariat. Inside, King launched Bandido into a standing 450 Splash on Creed, allowing Bandido to secure the pinfall and level the match at one fall apiece.

Third Fall: Bandido Outsmarts Strickland for the Championship

The deciding fall descended into pure chaos around the ringside area. Kingston took down Page with a hurricanrana off the barricade, while Creed and Kingston combined to drive Bandido spine-first onto Strickland’s knees. Back inside, Creed landed an elbow drop on Bandido, but King broke the pin.

The challengers answered with high-flying aerial attacks as Page and Bandido connected with back-to-back moonsaults on Creed. A chaotic sequence saw Page accidentally strike King before Strickland landed a Swerve Stomp on Page along the apron. King cleared the ringside area before Bandido executed a double horizontal Spanish Fly on both Creed and Kingston.

In the closing moments, Strickland blocked a 21 Plex attempt and set Bandido up for the JML Driver to seal the match. However, Bandido countered out of nowhere with a tight roll-up to score the final pinfall, securing the victory and crown new AEW World Trios Champions.
