AEW World Tag Team Championship Eliminator Match: The Young Bucks (c) vs. Mark Davis & Jake Doyle
The show opens with The Young Bucks making their way to the ring. Mark Davis, Jake Doyle, and Don Callis follow for the opening contest.
As soon as the bell rings, Davis and Doyle overwhelm the champions with a relentless assault. Doyle sends Matt Jackson crashing into the ringside barricade, while Davis launches Nick Jackson into the ring steps.
The challengers continue their domination on the outside, driving Matt and Nick into one another before Davis seats Matt in a chair at ringside. Moments later, Davis powers Nick through a table in the timekeeper’s area, leaving the champions reeling.
Back inside the ring, Davis rolls Matt back under the ropes and tags in Doyle. The two continue working together efficiently, connecting with a double splash on Matt. Doyle then traps Nick in a Bear Hug while Davis dishes out even more punishment.
The match ends decisively when Davis plants Matt with a pair of piledrivers. With both Jackson brothers down, Davis and Doyle score simultaneous pinfalls to earn a shocking victory over the AEW World Tag Team Champions.
Winners: Mark Davis and Jake Doyle
With the victory, Davis and Doyle earn a future shot at the AEW World Tag Team Championship.
Will Ospreay and Adam Copeland vs. Kyle Fletcher and Kevin Knight
Adam Copeland and Kevin Knight start the match, with Copeland immediately gaining the upper hand by flattening Knight with a clothesline. Will Ospreay and Kyle Fletcher soon enter the contest, but their exchange is interrupted when Copeland tags himself back in and unloads on Fletcher in the corner.
After the break, Ospreay catches Fletcher with an enzuigiri to swing momentum back in his team’s favor. Knight tags in and briefly takes control, but Ospreay survives a pin attempt and answers with a strike from the top rope. Copeland then enters the match and runs through Knight with a knee strike, a clothesline, and a flapjack on Fletcher.
The Don Callis Family regains control as Knight scores a near fall on Copeland before Fletcher takes over. Fletcher plants Copeland with a Michinoku Driver and goes for the cover, but Ospreay rushes in to break the count. Ospreay’s momentum continues when he dives to the floor to take out Knight.
The match takes a turn when Kazuchika Okada appears at ringside holding the AEW International Championship. Okada’s presence distracts Copeland, and while Ospreay attempts to deal with him, Fletcher capitalizes. Copeland charges for a spear, but Fletcher sidesteps the attack, sending Copeland face-first into the championship belt. Fletcher immediately follows with a brainbuster and scores the three-count.
Winners: Kyle Fletcher and Kevin Knight
The Don Callis Family Stands Tall
After the match, Fletcher, Knight, and Okada continue their assault on Copeland and Ospreay. Mark Davis, Jake Doyle, and Wardlow soon join them at ringside, giving The Don Callis Family a massive numbers advantage.
Ospreay tries to fight back, but Davis and Doyle overwhelm him. Fletcher then grabs the AEW World Championship and blasts Ospreay with it before posing with the title belt.
The celebration is cut short when the arena goes dark.
Steven Borden Returns!
Darby Allin emerges carrying a bat, and Steven Borden joins him as they head to the ring. The arrival of reinforcements forces The Don Callis Family to reconsider their attack. Moments later, The Young Bucks also slide into the ring, evening the odds.
With both sides staring each other down, Borden grabs a microphone and issues a challenge. On behalf of himself, Allin, The Young Bucks, Ospreay, and Copeland, he challenges Kyle Fletcher, Kevin Knight, Kazuchika Okada, Mark Davis, Jake Doyle, and Wardlow to a Blood & Guts Match.

The Death Riders vs. Orange Cassidy and Jay White
Following Strickland’s win, Orange Cassidy and Jay White make their way to the ring. The Death Riders follow for tag team action.
Jay White and Daniel Garcia start the match with a technical exchange before White gains the advantage and drives Garcia into the mat. The action soon shifts to Orange Cassidy and Wheeler Yuta, with Yuta targeting Cassidy’s arm and controlling the pace with a Fujiwara Armbar. Cassidy looks to counter with a Stun-Dog Millionaire as the match remains evenly contested.
After the break, White re-enters the match and unloads on Garcia in the corner. Garcia and Yuta then isolate White, taking turns connecting with strikes before Garcia traps him in the Dragon Tamer.
Outside the ring, Cassidy pulls Yuta from the apron, but Yuta responds by planting him with a German suplex. Cassidy recovers and catches Yuta with an Orange Punch. Seeing an opening, White immediately follows up with a Blade Runner on Yuta and makes the cover.

Swerve Strickland Confronts the New Trios Champions
Backstage, Swerve Strickland arrives alongside Prince Nana and interrupts an interview with “Hangman” Adam Page, Brody King, and Bandido.
Strickland immediately demands a rematch for the AEW World Trios Championship at Full Gear on November 14. He goes a step further and says he wants the title match contested under Texas Death Match rules.
Page has no issue discussing a rematch but refuses to agree to the Texas Death Match stipulation. The exchange remains tense as neither man backs down from his position.
Before leaving, Strickland delivers a final warning to Page, simply telling him, “We’ll see.” The confrontation ends with the challenge hanging in the air and the possibility that the stipulation issue is far from settled.
Mercedes Moné Calls for Her Next Challenger
Renee Paquette is waiting in the ring and introduces Mercedes Moné, who heads to the ring following her successful title defense at WrestleDream.
Paquette highlights Moné’s recent accomplishments, including her victory over Thekla to retain the AEW Women’s World Championship. Moné embraces the praise and boasts about the win, making it clear that she believes no one in the division is on her level.
Moné soon dismisses Paquette and takes over the segment herself. She declares that she is the most dominant woman in professional wrestling and says she does not chase the spotlight because she is the spotlight. With that, Moné turns her attention to the future and asks who will be next to challenge her for the championship.
Before she can get an answer, The Death Riders’ music hits. Marina Shafir makes her way out alongside Jon Moxley, creating immediate tension. Rather than stick around, Moné exits the ring as the situation develops.
AEW Continental Championship Eliminator Match: Jon Moxley vs. Roderick Strong
Jon Moxley and Roderick Strong open the match with a physical exchange, locking up before Strong drives his shoulder repeatedly into Moxley’s midsection in the corner. The two then trade stiff chops as Strong attempts to take the fight to the Continental Champion.
After the break, Moxley takes control. He plants Strong with a double underhook DDT and follows up with a barrage of strikes in the corner. Looking to finish the match, Moxley locks in a Bulldog Choke.
Strong has no answer for the submission and quickly taps out.
Winner: Jon Moxley
The Dogs and Bang Bang Gang Form a Shocking Alliance
As Moxley exits the ring following the victory, David Finlay and Clark Connors slide into the ring and begin attacking Roderick Strong. Moxley immediately returns and confronts both men over the assault.
The confrontation proves to be a trap.
The Dogs jump Moxley from behind and begin a beatdown. Gabe Kidd races to the ring to help, but he is quickly overwhelmed as well. Moments later, Orange Cassidy, Kyle O’Reilly, and Jay White enter the ring, seemingly looking to even the odds.
The situation spirals into a massive brawl as more wrestlers get involved, including Claudio Castagnoli, who briefly turns the tide by sending Finlay and Connors crashing into one another.
Then comes the night’s major twist.
As the fight continues, The Bang Bang Gang joins forces with The Dogs. White hands Finlay his trademark sceptre, and Finlay uses it to strike Moxley. The attack confirms an alliance between The Dogs and a newly villainous Bang Bang Gang.
With their enemies laid out, Finlay, Connors, White, and their allies stand together in the ring and throw up the Too Sweet gesture as Dynamite closes with the new alliance standing tall.
Triangle of Madness and Divine Dominion Target Future Challengers
The broadcast returns to reveal Divine Dominion and Sisters of Sin attacking The Brawling Birds and Wrathlander. The beatdown continues until Thekla arrives and tells Julia Hart and Skye Blue that it is time to leave.
Triangle of Madness then exits the scene, but not before making their point. As they head out, Divine Dominion remains behind. Megan Bayne delivers a warning to The Brawling Birds and Wrathlander, telling them that if they think they are making it to Full Gear, they should think again.
The segment closes with both groups apparently united in their goal of targeting future opposition, as The Brawling Birds and Wrathlander are left laid out following the assault.

AEW Dynamite Preview – October 21, 2026
AEW begins a new chapter tonight with the first Dynamite following WrestleDream. Several champions successfully survived one of the company’s biggest events of the year, but the fallout starts immediately as new challengers emerge and old rivalries continue.
Fresh off retaining the AEW World Championship in the inaugural Clockwork Carnage Match, Will Ospreay returns to the ring tonight. Ospreay teams with Adam Copeland to face Kevin Knight and Kyle Fletcher, giving fans an early look at several of the names looking to move into the title picture after WrestleDream.
Kyle Fletcher may have come up short against the Young Bucks at WrestleDream, but he remains one of the top names on the roster. Teaming with Kevin Knight against Ospreay and Copeland gives both men an opportunity to regain momentum after a difficult weekend.
A new challenger for the TBS Championship will be crowned tonight when Maya World faces Queen Aminata. Persephone successfully retained the title at WrestleDream, but tonight’s winner could be next in line for a championship opportunity.
The Young Bucks retained the AEW World Tag Team Championship at WrestleDream and now face Mark Davis and Jake Doyle in an eliminator match. A win for Davis and Doyle would put them in position for a future championship opportunity.
Dragunov And Bailey Meet In A Showcase Match
Ilja Dragunov and “Speedball” Mike Bailey collide in what could easily steal the show. Neither man leaves anything in reserve, making this one of the most intriguing bouts on the card.
