Roxanne Perez secured her place in the Women’s Money in the Bank Ladder Match after defeating IYO SKY and AAA Reina de Reinas Champion La Catalina in a high-octane Triple Threat Qualifier on the September 21 episode of WWE RAW.
The match featured non-stop action from the opening bell. Early on, Perez attempted to take control, but SKY and Catalina joined forces briefly to deliver a double dropkick, sending “The Prodigy” to the outside. The action quickly elevated with high-flying spots, including SKY landing an Asai Moonsault onto Perez on the floor, followed immediately by Catalina wiping out both opponents with a diving crossbody from the top turnbuckle.
Throughout the bout, Perez utilized opportunistic tactics to keep herself in contention. In a standout sequence, she executed a simultaneous side headlock and DDT combination on both women. Later in the contest, all three competitors traded heavy forearms before Catalina caught Perez in a Gory Special for a close near fall. SKY broke the pin attempt with a missile dropkick and delivered her signature running double knees in the corner to Catalina.
As SKY scaled the ropes to attempt her Over the Moonsault on Catalina, Perez capitalized. Taking advantage of the opening, Perez struck and executed Pop Rox on IYO SKY, pinning the former World Champion for the three count to punch her ticket to Money in the Bank.
