Penta made his way to the ring and said that last week in Mexico City was one of the biggest nights of his life. He spoke about performing in front of his family, his friends, and all of the Mexican people.

Penta told Roman Reigns that Roman was the better man that night. He said he respects him — but it isn’t over. Penta said he wants another opportunity, another fight, and he wants the World Championship.

He said he never surrenders and he fights for all of his people. Someday, they are going to fight again, and he will become champion and this is only the beginning.

Dominik Mysterio and JD McDonagh interrupted Penta.

Dom said nobody cares about Penta’s dreams, and the people want to hear from someone who stood tall in Mexico City — Judgment Day. He bragged about leaving El Grande Americano, Stephanie Vaquer, and Rey Mysterio laid out.

JD told Penta he already had his shot last week, so he needs to get to the back of the line. Dom said he’ll win Money in the Bank and have the title before Penta ever gets another chance.

Dom told Penta to put respect on his name, saying Penta may be a luchador, but Dom is the King of the luchador.

Penta fired back with some nasty words, saying the only thing about Dom that’s a luchador is his father.

Dom and JD attacked Penta. JD threw him to the floor and Dom adjusted the announce table. JD tried to powerbomb Penta through it, but Penta back‑body‑dropped him, sent JD into the ring, and hit a crossbody on both Dom and JD.

Backstage: Jimmy Uso, Jey Uso & Jacob Fatu

Jimmy and Jey said they need to get someone, but Fatu told them they need to lay low. He said he’s dealing with 946, and the wrong move would be for them to strike first.

Solo Sikoa walked in holding a white flag. He told them they need to work as a team.

Jimmy asked if Solo wanted to be part of the family again. Jey told Solo he has to acknowledge him and Jimmy as the chiefs — and Roman as the Tribal Chief.

Solo refused and walked out.

Fatu told Jimmy and Jey they just made a mistake.

Iyo Sky vs. La Catalina vs. Roxanne Perez — Money in the Bank Qualifying Match

Perez and Catalina shoved each other, Perez slapped Catalina, then slapped Iyo. Perez bailed to the floor, and both women chased her. Catalina hit a forearm on Perez, then she and Iyo hit a double dropkick. Iyo threw Catalina into the corner, Catalina escaped and hit a modified airplane spin, but Iyo countered into a roll‑up for two. Everyone traded near falls. Perez kicked both women and tried a double pin. Perez hit a headscissors on Catalina, Catalina answered with an arm drag on Iyo, and they all faced off.

Iyo hit a victory roll and double stomp on Perez. Catalina hit a dropkick. Perez sent Catalina down and punched her. Perez set up a suicide dive, but Iyo cut her off with a forearm. Iyo hit an Asai moonsault on Perez. Catalina hit a top‑rope crossbody on both women and got a near fall on Perez. Catalina hit an Irish whip and clothesline. Perez kicked Catalina from the apron, choked her in the ropes, and got a near fall. Perez applied an armbar. Iyo returned, Perez hit a back elbow, then sent Catalina into Iyo. Perez hit a running corkscrew elbow against the ropes for two. Perez grabbed a side headlock, hit an enzuigiri, then locked a double side headlock while DDT’ing Iyo, earning near falls on both.

Iyo hit a flapjack on Catalina for two. Iyo missed the running double knees. Catalina hit a crossbody on Perez for two. Catalina hit running hip strikes on both women, then a fisherman suplex on Perez for two. Catalina grabbed a waistlock, Iyo hit a shotei. Perez sent Iyo to the floor and hit a running back elbow on Catalina. Perez went for the double‑jump moonsault, Catalina got her knees up. Iyo hit a double stomp on Perez, Catalina broke the cover. Catalina hit forearms and went for a Gory Special, Iyo escaped and hit a butterfly backbreaker. Perez crotched Iyo and got a near fall on Catalina.

All three climbed up top. Perez knocked Catalina down and hit a rana on Iyo. Catalina hit a flying knee on Perez and all three were down. They got up and traded forearms. Perez hit a back heel kick on Catalina, Iyo kicked Perez. Catalina threw Iyo out and Perez rolled Catalina up. Catalina hit another Gory Special attempt, Perez escaped. Iyo hit a missile dropkick on both. Iyo hit running double knees on Catalina and went up for the moonsault — but Perez hit Pop Rox on Iyo and scored the three.

Winner: Roxanne Perez

Backstage: LA Knight & Solo Sikoa

LA Knight walked up to Solo and asked if he was going back into the family. Knight told Solo to lay low — they have big opportunities at Money in the Bank. Knight told Solo not to cash in on him. Solo said Knight is his boy.

LA Knight Speaks

LA Knight made his way out and said it’s been three years since he and Roman Reigns went one‑on‑one. Three years of scratching, clawing, and dealing with people making sure he wasn’t in the plans. Knight said he’s been telling everyone who the uncrowned World Heavyweight Champion really is.

Knight said he is the plans. He said he doesn’t know what it is with Roman always wanting to be acknowledged, but he had a few acknowledgements of his own. He acknowledged Roman’s greatness, calling him maybe the greatest World Heavyweight Champion of this generation. Knight said he had to acknowledge the hesitation people have — that no one can beat Roman — but he’s noticed something: no Bloodline.

Knight said Roman wants to rewrite his legacy as a dominant champion who can do it alone. Knight said he’ll make his opportunity at Money in the Bank.

Knight said he never needed anyone to help him win matches, calling himself the most self‑made wrestler in WWE. He said he acknowledges Roman acknowledging him as the new World Heavyweight Champion at Money in the Bank.

Backstage: Je’Von Evans, Byron Saxton & The Vision

Byron Saxton spoke with Je’Von Evans and asked if he knew he’d be the youngest competitor ever in a Money in the Bank Ladder Match. Evans said it’ll be history when he wins it.

The Vision walked in. Logan Paul told Evans he’s even dumber than he looks if he thinks he’s winning. Bron Breakker congratulated Evans on qualifying, but said Money in the Bank belongs to him — so it’s no longer Evans’ concern.

Evans said it was ironic they were already in their gear, so maybe they could find out who’s better right now. He said he knew he was outnumbered, and before he could finish the sentence, he punched Bron.

Bron told Logan and Austin it was time to use their brains — because he knew exactly what was going on.

Je’Von Evans vs. Bron Breakker

Bron exploded out of the gate with a double‑leg takedown, driving Evans straight to the floor. Bron hammered Evans with knees and slammed his head into the apron. He ran Evans into the ringside barrier.

Evans fired back with superkicks as Bron tried to re‑enter the ring, then hit a plancha. Evans punched Bron and sent him into the apron, unloading shots in the corner. Bron answered with a kick and shoulder strikes. Evans fired shoulders of his own. Bron cracked Evans with a punch that sent Bron himself stumbling to the floor from the momentum.

Evans sent Bron into the announce table. Austin Theory tried to distract Evans, but Evans sidestepped a spear and Bron crashed into the timekeeper’s area. Evans hit a wacky plancha on Bron, then punched him and rolled him back inside — where Bron crushed him with a WARP clothesline. Bron followed with a gutwrench suplex. Evans punched Bron, Bron demanded more, then dropped Evans with a back elbow and pulled him up before the three. Bron locked in a reverse chinlock with body scissors. Evans fought out with forearms, but Bron kneed him and set for a superplex. Evans knocked Bron down — Bron popped right back up and hit a Frankensteiner. Bron charged for a spear, but Evans cut him off with a superkick.

Evans hit multiple clotheslines, Bron stayed upright. Bron tried a belly‑to‑back suplex, Evans landed on his feet, hit a punch, sent Bron into the turnbuckles, and hit a spinning heel kick. Evans hit a springboard clothesline. Bron tried a press slam, Evans countered with a DDT. Evans hit an Asai DDT for a near fall. Evans went for a plancha, Maxxine got on the apron to stop him. Bronson Reed tried to interfere, Theory punched Evans, and Bron hit a Black Hole Slam for two. Bron dropped the straps and set for the spear — Evans ole’d him and Bron hit the turnbuckle shoulder‑first.

Theory got on the apron, Evans knocked him off. Evans hit a plancha on Reed, then a plancha on Bron. Evans hit a rebound round kick. Evans went for the double‑jump cutter, Theory punched him, and the referee called for the bell.

Winner: Je’Von Evans (DQ)

After the match, The Vision attacked Evans. Theory held Evans for the WARP spear — but the lights went out, then turned green.

Oba Femi arrived. Oba tore through Theory and Bron with running uppercuts. Reed splashed Oba, but Oba shook it off and kicked him. Oba stopped Logan from bringing a chair in, then blasted Theory with it, then Bron. Reed headbutted Oba and grabbed the chair — Oba hit a running corkscrew uppercut and smashed Reed with the chair.

Oba saw Evans in the ring, then launched Evans with an assist dive onto The Vision at ringside.

The Judgment Day In‑Ring Segment

The Judgment Day came to the ring.

JD said he needed to get something off his chest before Liv spoke. All the stuff with Joe Hendry and the Funko Pop wasn’t funny — it was sad. He said he sees a bunch of ugly losers with low self‑esteem laughing at him. JD insisted none of it affects him, but it does affect his family. His mother is stressing about it back home in Ireland.

Raquel said that was okay — JD has a normal‑sized head. As a fellow Texan, she was embarrassed by Liv and JD’s behavior. She called them haters and said everyone can agree Liv’s video was way better than Joe’s “piece of caca.”

Liv said tonight was about celebrating their blessings. Last week, they proved they still run RAW. They embarrassed the “fake champion” Stephanie Vaquer, Dom’s “deadbeat dad” Rey Mysterio, and the “fakest luchador” El Grande Americano. The only thing better would’ve been Liv getting her title back. Liv said Stephanie can’t hide forever — the Santiago screw job was one of WWE’s greatest tragedies. She said she’s coming after Stephanie and Becky.

Liv demanded Stephanie come out and give her a rematch to prove she’s the greatest champion of all—

Becky Lynch interrupted from the crowd. Becky asked if Liv was disappointed to see her. She told “Jordan Devlin McDonagh” she’s known him since he was 12 — and his mother is stressed because her son is playing towel boy and getting embarrassed by a Funko Pop. Becky said Liv expected to hold the title longer, but found out it’s harder when you actually have to defend it. Becky said she might be the greatest referee of all time. She told Liv to get to the back of the line because the first match is hers.

Stephanie Vaquer came out. Stephanie said they can talk all they want, but she is the World Champion — and she won the title on her own.

Liv said Stephanie only won because of Becky.

Stephanie said Becky was doing her job as referee when she won the title back in her home. She said she’ll give Liv a rematch to prove her win in Chile was her own.

Becky reminded Stephanie she’s in the building.

Stephanie said she has Becky’s respect — and she’ll give Becky a match too. Real champions aren’t afraid to defend the title. She said she’ll talk to Adam Pearce.

Lyra Valkyria Backstage Promo

Lyra said she had to take extreme measures to finally get away from Bayley. Bayley ruined a full year of her career. When she was beating Bayley down at Madison Square Garden, she paid a bigger price than anyone realized. She went to a place you don’t come back from — but she got rid of Bayley and thought she could move on.

Lyra said Money in the Bank was supposed to be hers. Yet Bayley is still costing her opportunities. Bayley claims she fights for all women, but Lyra said last time she didn’t go far enough.

Lyra warned Bayley she will wish their last match had been her final match.

Bayley vs. Lyra Valkyria

Bayley jumped Lyra the moment she stepped into the ring, hitting a suicide dive and throwing punches. She slammed Lyra into the barricade, then rolled her inside to officially start the match.

Bayley hit repeated corner clotheslines. She dropped Lyra throat‑first on the top rope, sending her to the floor. Bayley went for another suicide dive, but Lyra cut her off with a forearm. Lyra slammed Bayley into the apron. Bayley caught a spinning heel kick and hit a T‑bone suplex. Lyra answered with a monkey flip, and Bayley tweaked her knee on the landing. Lyra hit a leg drop off the turnbuckles, slammed Bayley’s head into the mat, hit a headbutt, a knee, and locked on a side headlock.

Bayley hit a forearm, Lyra hit a spinning heel kick. Lyra ran Bayley into the turnbuckles and put her up top. They traded punches, Bayley shoved her off. Lyra climbed again, Bayley shoved her off again. Bayley hit an elbow drop from the turnbuckles for a near fall, then more elbow drops. Lyra blocked a dropkick through the ring post and slammed Bayley’s head into the post. Lyra tried a suplex, Bayley blocked and hit forearms. Lyra swept the leg and hit a leg drop for two. Lyra applied a Cobra Clutch. Bayley punched free, Lyra missed an enzuigiri when Bayley held the ropes. Bayley hit a cutter in the ropes and followed with clotheslines.

Lyra hit a DDT and climbed the turnbuckles, but missed a moonsault. Bayley hit a dropkick. They traded forearms. Lyra hit an enzuigiri and locked a rear naked choke. Lyra hit a Doctor Bomb for a near fall. Bayley kicked her away, Lyra blocked a kick, pulled Bayley from the corner, and lifted her for Night Wing — Bayley escaped and hit a belly‑to‑belly suplex for two. Lyra went for the choke again, Bayley reached the ropes. Lyra escaped Rose Plant and sent Bayley to the floor. Bayley tripped Lyra and threw her over the announce table. Bayley adjusted the table and dragged Lyra onto it, but Lyra escaped and rolled back inside.

Bayley returned and unloaded punches and kicks. The referee pulled her off, but Bayley charged again. Lyra caught her, rolled her up, and scored the three.

Winner: Lyra Valkyria

Backstage With Chad Gable

Chad Gable told Dragon Lee he escaped their match by the skin of his teeth, but he’s willing to run it back.

Ethan Page walked in, complaining about Gable giving matches to luchadors who don’t deserve them. Page said Gable made sure Lee beat him, and if Gable wants to “come back to reality,” Page will be waiting.

Gable told Page he’s had his chances and lost every time. He told Page to earn a shot — and until then, stay away from the title.

Rey Mysterio Addresses the Crowd

Rey said he wished he could be in the ring for everyone, but he’s not cleared. That wasn’t going to stop him from coming out. He said last week was one of the greatest RAW episodes ever. Bringing WWE back to Mexico City for the first time in 15 years was special, and it wouldn’t have been possible without Dragon Lee, Chad Gable, Roman Reigns, Penta — and the fans.

Adam Pearce Introduces Lola Vice

Pearce came out and welcomed San Antonio. He said he was honored to introduce a woman who punched her ticket to Money in the Bank — and the newest member of RAW: Lola Vice.

Lola greeted San Antonio and thanked Pearce. She said her mother fought for her to have a better life, and her father introduced her to martial arts, making her into the ass‑kicker now heading into Money in the Bank. She said she’s here to prove she’s championship material and doesn’t care who qualifies — “these fists don’t lie.”

Roxanne Perez interrupted. Roxanne said nobody cares about Lola. She said she can teach Lola something and will show her why she’s levels below her at Money in the Bank.

Lola knocked Perez down and Pearce separated them.

Paul Heyman & Bron Breakker

Paul Heyman was backstage when Bron Breakker walked past, then stopped beside him. They greeted each other.

Paul said Oba Femi is still breathing — which is bad, bad, bad, bad for The Vision.

Bron said he is still standing — and that’s bad, bad, bad for everyone.

Paul asked what Bron meant by “everyone,” but Bron walked away.

946 Attacks Solo Sikoa

Before the main event, 946 attacked Solo Sikoa and threw him into the back of their vehicle, then drove off.

Jimmy Uso, Jey Uso, and Jacob Fatu chased after them, arguing. Jimmy told Fatu they should’ve done something.

LA Knight arrived. Fatu said he tried to warn everyone about 946.

Adam Pearce showed up asking what happened. Jimmy, Jey, and Fatu demanded to know what Pearce was going to do.

Dominik Mysterio arrived, asking if the match was a forfeit. Pearce said Dom only cares about himself — and told him to get his ass to the ring. Multiple people were yelling at once as the chaos continued.

Dominik Mysterio vs. Dragon Lee vs. Penta — Money in the Bank Qualifying Match

Adam Pearce says Solo will not be in the match, but there is a replacement because we have a Triple Threat Match announced. The replacement is Penta.

Penta and Dragon Lee opened fast, hitting a double superkick on Dominik and unloading punches and kicks. Lee back‑dropped Dom over the top rope to the floor. Penta grabbed a waistlock, Lee hit elbows, then an arm drag. Penta hit a headscissors. Lee hit a back elbow, then an arm drag out of a wheelbarrow. Lee set for a dive, but Dom tripped him. Lee and Dom traded punches — and Penta wiped them both out with a flip dive.

Penta chopped Dom, hit a forearm on Lee, then kicked Lee’s leg. Penta sent Lee into the ring post. Dom sent Penta into the post right after.

Dom chopped both men, hit a back elbow on Lee, and covered for a near fall. Dom kicked Penta repeatedly, then kicked Lee in the corner. Dom hit a thrust kick on Penta, then tied Lee’s mask to the ropes and kicked him again. Dom and Penta traded forearms until Dom knocked Penta to the floor. Dom punched and chopped Lee, but Lee fired back. Dom hit kicks and two hard Irish whips. Lee answered with a boot and a thrust kick. Lee hit a German suplex on Penta, then a superkick that sent Penta back to the floor.

Lee hit a flip dive onto Penta. Back inside, Lee hit a sit‑out powerbomb on Dom for a near fall. Lee set for a Styles Clash, but Penta superkicked him. Dom nearly stole a pin on Penta. Dom hit another thrust kick. Dom climbed the turnbuckles and brought Lee up with him. Lee knocked Dom down. Penta kicked Lee on the turnbuckles and tried a superplex, but Lee blocked. Penta fell, Dom hit forearms on Lee. Lee put Dom in the tree of woe and hit a double stomp. Penta immediately hit an overhead belly‑to‑belly that sent Lee crashing into the turnbuckles. Dom kicked Penta, Lee kicked Dom.

Penta hit a thrust kick while Lee was in a headstand on the turnbuckles. Penta covered Lee for two. Dom kicked Penta, went to the apron, and hit a slingshot senton. He went back to the apron and hit a second one. He went back again and hit a third. Lee cut him off with a dropkick. Lee punched Dom, Dom sent Lee over the top rope. Dom kicked Penta in the head and hit a suicide‑dive‑style move on Lee. Penta kicked Dom in the ropes, then kicked Lee. Penta and Dom traded forearms.

Dom hit a knee, Penta whipped him, and Lee cut in with a kick and leg sweep. Penta hit his headstand hesitation kick on Dom, and Lee followed with a slingshot dropkick. Lee hit another hesitation dropkick on Dom in the corner. Lee leapt over the top rope and hit a rana on Penta on the floor. Lee set for a suicide dive — Dom caught him with a 619. Dom hit a Michinoku Driver for a near fall.

Penta chopped everyone, then hit a victory roll into a leaping DDT on Lee. Penta hit a Penta Driver on Dom for a near fall. Lee hit a tornado DDT on Penta, then a flying back elbow for two. Dom hit a suplex and two of the Three Amigos. Lee cut him off with a flying forearm and got a near fall. Dom rolled to the apron. Penta and Lee traded forearms. Penta hit a superkick, Lee hit a jumping knee. Dom shoved Lee off the ropes and went for a frog splash — Penta got the knees up. Lee hit a Styles Clash on Dom, Penta broke the cover.

Penta sent Lee to the apron, kicked him, then hit a springboard double‑jump Destroyer on the apron. Lee hit a 619 on Penta. Dom went up top and hit a frog splash — Penta kicked out. Dom argued with the referee and ripped off the turnbuckle pad. Dom tried to send Penta into the exposed buckle, but Penta reversed and sent Dom into it. Penta hit a springboard Destroyer and got the three count.

Winner: Penta

Money In The Bank Qualifiers Continue

Tonight’s SmackDown lineup in San Antonio brings another round of high‑stakes qualifying matches for the 2026 Money in the Bank Ladder Matches. The women’s qualifier stands out immediately, with AAA Reina de Reinas Champion La Catalina entering the mix alongside former champions Roxanne Perez and IYO SKY. The combination gives the match a big‑fight feel and adds international weight to the field.

Penta Speaks

Penta addresses the WWE Universe following his loss to Roman Reigns. He proved he belongs in the top singles tier throughout the Number One Contenders Tournament and pushed Reigns harder than most challengers.
