WWE RAW Results – August 24, 2026 – Welcome to WrestlingAttitude’s coverage of WWE RAW on August 24, from the Canadian Tire Centre in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada at a special start time of 6 PM ET!

LA Knight walked out and said that being in Canada’s capital made him think about another “capital‑C coward” — Roman Reigns. Knight said if Roman really won at WrestleMania and SummerSlam without help, then he shouldn’t need his family running interference every time Knight gets close. Knight asked why Roman keeps saying he doesn’t deserve a title shot when the fans clearly think otherwise, chanting that Knight does deserve it.

Knight said Roman told him to go win a tournament, then sent every Bloodline member after him except Solo. Knight said Solo’s actions told him everything he needed to know, and now Solo was standing with him.

Solo came through the crowd, but before he could speak, The Usos hit the stage. They tore into Solo for siding with Knight instead of sticking with his own family. They mocked both men, and Solo fired back by challenging The Usos to a tag match later tonight.

Stephanie Vaquer vs. Roxanne Perez

Roxanne Perez tried to keep her distance early, slipping in and out of the ring to avoid Stephanie Vaquer. When Perez finally committed, Vaquer dragged her down to the mat and controlled the pace as the match headed into commercial.

-Commercial Break-

Back from break, Vaquer flipped the momentum fast. She dropped Perez and lined up the Devil’s Kiss, but Perez scrambled to the corner and booted Stephanie in the face. Vaquer answered with a dragon screw and followed with double knees in the opposite corner for a two count. Liv Morgan shouted encouragement from ringside.

Perez broke free of Vaquer’s grip and headed toward the apron, but Vaquer yanked her back. While the referee fixed the loose ring apron, Perez jabbed Vaquer in the eye. She hit a headscissors takedown and a Shining Wizard for a close call. Perez tried for a crossface, but Vaquer powered out and hit an SVB.

Vaquer climbed up top, but Liv Morgan knocked her down while the referee was distracted. Becky Lynch stormed out to cut off Raquel Rodriguez at ringside. Vaquer returned to the ring and walked straight into an enziguri from Perez. Perez went for a moonsault, but Vaquer rolled away and dropped her with a Codebreaker‑style shot to score the pin.

Winner: Stephanie Vaquer

Judgment Day tried a post‑match attack, but Becky Lynch ran in to shut it down. Lynch told Vaquer that tonight didn’t change anything between them before heading out.

Rey Mysterio, Rey Fenix, Dominik Mysterio, JD McDonagh & Je’Von Evans – Backstage Segment

Rey Mysterio wished Rey Fenix good luck before his match. Dominik Mysterio and JD McDonagh walked in right away, complaining that Dom wasn’t included in the tournament. Rey told him flatly that he wasn’t a luchador, which set JD off. JD stepped toward Rey and threatened him.

Before anything could escalate, Je’Von Evans burst onto the scene and dropped both Dom and JD, leaving them laid out as Rey and Fenix looked on.

World Heavyweight Championship Contender Tournament Semifinal Match: Rey Fenix vs. Dragon Lee

Fenix and Dragon Lee locked up and hit the ropes in quick bursts, neither man gaining an edge. Fenix slipped under a kick and popped back to his feet. They traded chops and sharp strikes until Dragon Lee sent Fenix into the corner for a pair of kicks, then hit a wrecking‑ball dropkick. He followed with a running dropkick for a near fall.

Fenix caught Dragon on the ropes and walked the top strand to kick him down. He hit a flying crossbody for two. Dragon rolled to the apron, but Fenix waved “Goodbye, amigo” and hit another rope‑walk kick that knocked him to the floor. They returned to the ring, and Dragon Lee flipped the momentum by countering off the ropes into a German suplex. He sent Fenix outside and launched himself with a dive as the match headed into commercial.

They came back trading shots again, each man landing quick bursts of offense until Dragon Lee took control and planted Fenix hard on the mat. Lee hit the ropes and Fenix tried to counter, but Dragon flipped the counter into his own and drilled a big sit‑out powerbomb for a two count.

Fenix regrouped in the corner as Lee charged, but Fenix booted him away and hit a moonsault for a near fall. He rolled Dragon up again, cradling tight, but still only got two.

Fenix tried to drag Dragon Lee into the corner, but Lee reversed and slammed Fenix against the turnbuckles. Fenix fought back and tried for a hurricanrana, but Lee blocked it and hung Fenix in the tree of woe. Lee hit a double stomp straight into Fenix’s chest, but Fenix kicked out at two.

They climbed the ropes again, trading chops with both men balanced dangerously high. Lee knocked Fenix to the apron, but Fenix fired back and sent Lee crashing onto the announce table. Dragon tripped him up, bouncing Fenix face‑first off the table, then sprinted into the ring and launched himself through the ropes. The dive knocked Fenix off the table and down to the floor.

Lee dragged Fenix back inside and hit a tornado DDT, but Fenix still kicked out.

Dragon Lee went for Operation Dragon, but Fenix blocked it and drilled him with a brainbuster. Fenix set Lee in the corner for double knees, but Lee slipped out of the Mexican Brain Buster setup and powered Fenix down with a big powerbomb. He covered, then quickly shifted into a Styles Clash, but Fenix kicked out at two.

Fenix fired back with a cutter for his own near fall. They fought their way into the corner, trading shots until Fenix climbed up and dropped Dragon Lee with the Mexican Muscle Buster. He held on for the three count.

Winner (and advancing to the finals): Rey Fenix

Debut Teaser & Oba Femi Backstage

A new vignette aired with a sharp, fast‑cut style — the same kind of energy Lola Vice brings — teasing someone set to debut on 9/14. No name, just attitude and flashes of movement, leaving “the mystery” hanging.

Backstage, Oba Femi was shown getting ready, focused and silent, before the show headed into commercial.

Oba Femi vs. Bron Breakker – Contract Signing

Adam Pearce introduced Oba Femi first, and The Ruler walked out to a loud reaction from the crowd. He took his time on the stage, soaking in the noise, then strutted toward the ring with that calm, heavy confidence he carries everywhere. The fans chanted his name as he stepped inside and posed.

Femi shook hands with Pearce and Paul Heyman, standing tall at the table as the contract signing began.

Paul Heyman introduced himself and then introduced Bron Breakker. Breakker walked out with the World Tag Team Title over his shoulder, but the reaction was noticeably quieter than the loud chants Oba Femi had just received. Breakker sat down at the table as Pearce asked him to sign first.

A scattered “Oba” chant broke out, mixed with a few woof‑woofs. Breakker grabbed a mic and asked Femi who he thought he was, walking around claiming he’s the future. Breakker asked what Femi had done to earn that. He said beating Brock was fine, winning King of the Ring was cool, and running through squash matches was great — but Breakker insisted he used to get the big reactions until he got hurt.

Breakker said the only reason Oba got his spot was because Bron wasn’t around. Femi called Bron an “angry orange man” and talked about all the chances Breakker might’ve had over the last two years, but said Bron had the misfortune of running into Oba Femi. He told Bron his math was off, because once Oba arrived, Breakker’s odds of becoming the face of the company dropped fast.

Femi said everyone was now looking at the future — The Ruler, Oba Femi.

Breakker laughed, pointing out how much the crowd loved Oba. He promised this match wouldn’t be like anything Oba had faced before. Breakker said he would drag Femi into deep water and drown him there. Oba liked casting a shadow over everyone else, but in Atlanta, Breakker said he would own Femi and leave him standing in Bron’s shadow. Breakker signed the contract.

He waited for Oba to sign and asked if he wanted his “daddy” to sign it instead, turning toward Heyman. Breakker ran down Heyman for taking a backseat to Brock Lesnar, then blindsided Oba and drove him into the corner.

Oba fought back immediately, swatting away Austin Theory’s interference before Breakker caught him with a clothesline. Femi got up fast, dropped Theory, and sent Breakker scrambling out of the ring. Oba grabbed the mic and said this is exactly what Bron has coming in Atlanta. He signed the contract and threw it at Breakker, trying to say something else on the mic that didn’t get picked up.

Jacob Fatu & The Usos – Backstage Segment

We went backstage where Jacob Fatu was talking with The Usos about everything that went down earlier in the night. Jey wanted to know where Fatu disappeared to. Jacob told him the OTC ordered him to stand down, and that was the end of it.

Jey didn’t like that answer. He reminded Jacob that he and Jimmy were wearing the ulafala, which meant they were the captains and Jacob was supposed to follow their plays. Jey told him if he wanted to stand around backstage doing nothing, then maybe he should keep doing exactly that.

Je’Von Evans vs. Big Cass

Je’Von Evans charged at Big Cass right away, trying to overwhelm him with speed, but Cass shoved him off with ease. Evans managed to knock Cass to the floor, then went for a dive, but Cass caught him in mid‑air. Je’Von slipped free and rolled back into the ring, only for Cass to blast him with a clothesline that sent him right back outside.

Je’Von Evans fired off after a break, trying to knock Big Cass off balance, but Cass shoved him away with ease. Evans managed to send Cass to the floor and went for a dive, but Cass caught him. Je’Von slipped free and rolled back inside, only for Cass to blast him with a clothesline that sent him right back out.

Cass followed and threw Evans into the barricade. Je’Von fought back and slid into the ring again, but Cass cut him off and planted him with a heavy side slam.

Evans rallied, hitting Cass with a pair of clotheslines and trying to knock the big man down. Cass caught him off the ropes, but Je’Von broke loose and sent Cass outside. Evans hit a dive that smashed Cass into the barricade. Cass tried backing off, but Evans chopped him so hard he stumbled into the timekeeper’s area.

The ref started counting. Je’Von built up speed and dove onto Cass, sending both men crashing to the floor. Evans got up first and fired more shots as the count reached eight. He dragged Cass back into the ring, hit a Red Dot, and followed with a springboard clothesline that finally dropped Cass flat.

Evans set up for the OG Cutter but slipped, and Cass took advantage by throwing him outside. Je’Von scrambled back in, but Cass crushed him with a big boot and scored the pin.

Winner: Big Cass

Cass left the ring as Dominik Mysterio and JD McDonagh jumped Evans and beat him down. They stood tall over Je’Von.

Backstage:

Sol Ruca was granted a rematch against Raquel Rodriguez for the Women’s Intercontinental Championship. IYO SKY wished her luck. Lyra Valkyria stepped in too, saying Raquel would break Sol before staring down IYO and walking off.

World Heavyweight Championship Contender Tournament Semifinal Match: Penta vs. La Parka

Penta and La Parka traded offense early, each man trying to get the upper hand until Parka stood tall and pushed Penta into the corner. Parka went for a headscissors, but Penta shoved him off and sent the latest Parka of the lineage crashing to the floor. Penta followed with a dive and rolled him back inside, but Parka cut him off and hit a moonsault.

They reset in the ring, and Penta took control long enough to score a near fall. Parka ate a thrust kick and got sent into the corner, but he countered with a Backstabber for two as the match headed into commercial.

La Parka chopped away at Penta in the corner, but Penta flipped the momentum and sent Parka across the ring. Parka answered with a kick and took Penta down with an arm drag and a hip toss for a two count. Parka charged again, but Penta dodged, watched Parka flip forward to land on his feet, and then drilled him with a dropkick into the corner for a near fall.

Penta climbed up, but Parka blocked the Mexican Destroyer. Parka caught him with a satellite DDT, but Penta kicked out. Parka set Penta in the corner, but Penta yanked Parka’s mask to pull him into the turnbuckle. That opened the door for a Penta Driver, but Parka still kicked out.

They fought in the corner until Parka hit a Spanish Fly that nearly ended it. Parka tried for the Bonebreaker, but Penta countered and set up the Sacrifice. He followed with a Mexican Destroyer — in Canada, no less — and that sealed it.

Winner (advancing to the finals): Penta

Rey Fenix came out on the stage afterward, acknowledging his brother as the expected final was now official.

– We got a quick look at the road to NXT Heatwave and AAA Ola de Calor coming up this Sunday, along with a highlight package teasing Zilla Fatu’s arrival in NXT.

Backstage & Next Week’s RAW Preview

Backstage, Adam Pearce met with Chad Gable to talk about whoever steps up next for the Intercontinental Championship. Pearce left, and Ethan Page walked in right behind him. Page said Gable was intimidated and would rather face “washed‑up” Hall of Famers than deal with him. Gable cut him off, reminding Page he tapped out in the gauntlet a few weeks ago and was talking himself out of a title shot. Gable walked away.

We went backstage to hear from Stephanie Vaquer. In two weeks on RAW, Vaquer challenges Liv Morgan for the Women’s World Championship. Vaquer talked about the opportunity, saying she plans to take back her title and tear down Judgment Day in the process.

The Usos vs. Solo Sikoa & LA Knight

LA Knight and Jimmy Uso opened the match, with Knight keeping Jimmy off balance. Knight hit a clothesline and dragged Jimmy up for a tag to Solo Sikoa. Solo and Knight hit a double shoulder tackle, and Solo followed with a falling headbutt for two. Solo stomped Jimmy in the corner before tagging Knight back in for more shots.

Another tag brought Solo back, but Jimmy rocked him and reached Jey for the tag. Jey hit Solo hard, but Solo blocked a suplex and answered with a headbutt. Solo hit the ropes, and Jimmy kicked him behind the referee’s back. Jey sent Solo outside, and the Usos hit stereo thrust kicks as the match went into picture‑in‑picture.

The Usos dragged Solo back inside. Jimmy tagged in and hit more shots, distracting the ref so Jey could sneak in another. The attack continued as the show returned from break.

Jey was legal again, but Solo fought back until Jey caught him with an enziguri that sent Solo to the ropes. Solo tried to break free, but Jimmy blasted him with a blindside kick and tagged in to keep Solo trapped in the corner. Jimmy charged, but Solo flipped him over the top rope and crawled toward Knight — only for Jey to knock Knight off the apron.

Jimmy sent Solo into the corner, but Solo caught him and finally reached LA Knight for the tag. Jimmy tagged in too, but Knight lit him up with punches and a clothesline. Knight drove Jimmy into the corner and hit a neckbreaker.

Knight climbed the ropes, but Jimmy caught him. Jey distracted Knight long enough for Jimmy to roll him up, but Knight kicked out at two. Knight went for the BFT, Jimmy tried a Samoan drop, and Knight countered for a near fall. Knight went up top and hit an elbow drop, but Jey broke the cover.

Solo came in but got knocked outside. Jey tried a dive, but Solo blocked him. Jey and Solo started swinging at each other until both men were suddenly wiped out by Royce Keys. Two more men hit the ring and jumped Knight and Jimmy — quickly revealed as OTM’s Bronco Nima and Lucien Price.

Keys, Nima, and Price tore through everyone. They dropped The Usos, Knight, and Solo in a full‑on ambush. Nima and Price held Solo in place so Royce could smash him with a ring‑step shot to the head. Keys cracked Knight too.

Stephanie Vaquer vs. Roxanne Perez

Stephanie Vaquer continues her chase for Liv Morgan’s Women’s World Championship tonight as she faces Roxanne Perez. Vaquer has been locked on Morgan for weeks, and last Monday she called Morgan out for a fight. Morgan, Perez, and Raquel Rodriguez stepped in, turning a verbal exchange into a full brawl. Becky Lynch arrived to help Vaquer, but tension between the two opened the door for Judgment Day to take control again.

Oba Femi and Bron Breakker Contract Signing

Oba Femi and Bron Breakker make their WWE Sunday Night’s Main Event match official with a contract signing. Breakker questioned Paul Heyman last Monday about who he believed the true future of WWE was. Before Heyman could answer, Femi walked out and confronted Breakker face‑to‑face. Their rising tension sets the tone for tonight’s signing.

World Heavyweight Championship Tournament Semifinals

Both semifinal matches in the World Heavyweight Championship Number One Contenders Tournament take place tonight. Penta meets La Parka, while Rey Fenix faces Dragon Lee. Penta advanced by beating Laredo Kid. La Parka moved forward after defeating Psycho Clown. Fenix earned his spot by beating El Fiscal, and Lee advanced by defeating El Hijo de Dr. Wagner Jr. The winners move on to the finals.

Solo Sikoa and LA Knight Appear

Solo Sikoa and LA Knight are both set to appear. Sikoa was delivered back to Roman Reigns last Monday after losing to Jey Uso on August 20. Knight crashed the moment and attacked The Bloodline, but they overwhelmed him. Reigns ordered Sikoa to hit Knight with a Samoan Spike. Instead, Sikoa struck Reigns, making it clear he would not rejoin his brothers or his cousin.
