AEW Dynasty – Zero Hour Pre-Show

Marina Shafir vs. Alex Windsor

The bell rings and Marina Shafir and Alex Windsor immediately start throwing right hands. Windsor levels Shafir with a clothesline, then launches off the apron with a cannonball that wipes Shafir out on the floor before tossing her back inside.

Shafir traps Windsor in an armbar, but Windsor boots her in the midsection to break free. Shafir whips Windsor into the corner and tries for a running boot, but Windsor moves and Shafir’s leg crashes into the turnbuckles. Shafir still manages a quick pin attempt, Windsor kicks out, and Shafir plants her with a chokeslam.

Windsor rolls her up, Shafir kicks out, and blasts Windsor with a right hand. They trade strikes until Shafir fires knees into Windsor’s ribs and kicks her in the chest. Shafir rolls Windsor up again, Windsor kicks out, reverses, and stacks Shafir for the three‑count.

Winner: Alex Windsor

Kamille vs. Big Anne

The bell rings and Kamille immediately unloads with chops and boots in the corner. She hoists Big Anne into a Torture Rack, then drops her with a sit‑out powerbomb for the emphatic squash victory.

Winner: Kamille

After the match, Willow Nightingale — who Kamille attacked earlier backstage — storms toward the ring as officials try to hold her back. Kamille meets her head‑on, attacking Willow with forearms and flooring her with a big boot.

Mark Davis then makes his way out, followed by “Jungle Boy” Jack Perry.

AEW National Championship — “Jungle Boy” Jack Perry (c) vs. Mark Davis (w/ Don Callis)

They lock up and Mark Davis immediately hurls Perry across the ring, then slams him down before the fight spills outside. Perry uses the ring post to land a kick on Davis and regains control back inside with a jawbreaker. He hits the ropes and dives onto Davis on the floor, then throws him back in.

Perry climbs the ropes, but Davis meets him up top. Perry headbutts him down and prepares to fly, but Davis moves. Perry recovers with Sliced Bread out of the corner for a near fall, then pounds on Davis’ spine. Davis answers by sending Perry spine‑first into the apron and rolling him back inside for a powerbomb attempt. Perry counters into a DDT, hits a hurricanrana, and stacks Davis up for the three‑count.

Winner and STILL AEW National Champion: “Jungle Boy” Jack Perry

AEW Women’s World Tag Team Championship — Divine Dominion (c) vs. Maya World & Hyan

Maya World and Lena Kross start things off. The bell rings and they lock up. Megan Bayne tags in quickly and bulldozes World with a shoulder tackle. Hyan tags in and cracks Bayne with a strike, then hits a middle‑rope crossbody for a near fall. Bayne shrugs it off, sits Hyan on the top rope, and blasts World off the apron with a forearm. Kross tags in and powerbombs Hyan onto the ring apron.

Back inside, Kross whips Hyan into the corner and grinds a boot into her face. Bayne tags back in, splashes Hyan in the corner, then hits a double‑underhook suplex and unloads with strikes. Bayne follows with a double Fallaway Slam on both Hyan and World.

Hyan and World recover enough to dropkick both champions through the ropes. World holds the bottom rope open so Hyan can dive through with a tope, wiping out Divine Dominion on the floor. Hyan then hits a springboard moonsault off the middle rope onto both champions.

Kross recovers and catches Hyan with an over‑the‑shoulder cutter for a near fall, broken up by World. Bayne tags in, and she and Kross deliver a double chokeslam to Hyan to secure the victory.

Winners and STILL AEW Women’s World Tag Team Champions: Divine Dominion

AEW Dynasty Results 2026

The Zero Hour panel wraps up their final thoughts, closing out the pre‑show. We transition into the pay‑per‑view proper as the opening video package rolls, setting the tone for the night ahead. Once it finishes, we return inside Rogers Arena, the crowd loud and ready, as the commentary team welcomes us to the main broadcast and prepares for the opening contest.

Konosuke Takeshita & Kazuchika Okada vs. The Young Bucks

Konosuke Takeshita’s music hits to open the pay‑per‑view, and he makes his way to the ring. The coin drops next, and the crowd erupts as Kazuchika Okada steps onto the stage — Takeshita’s partner tonight, and his opponent at Double or Nothing. Don Callis leaves the desk to join commentary, proudly inserting himself into the moment.

The Young Bucks make their entrance, smug as ever, and the energy in Rogers Arena spikes as the bell rings to officially kick off the PPV.

Takeshita and Nick Jackson open the match. Takeshita immediately flattens Nick with a shoulder tackle. Okada tags in, drops an elbow on Nick, and Takeshita follows with one of his own before Okada plants Nick with a body slam.

Nick fires back with a chop and hits an Escalera‑arm drag combo on both Takeshita and Okada using the top rope. Matt tags in and uses Nick’s chest as a springboard to hit Sliced Bread on Okada. The Bucks double‑team Takeshita, and Nick launches off the top rope to wipe out both Takeshita and Okada on the floor. They set up for the Meltzer Driver on Takeshita, but Okada distracts them. Nick dropkicks Okada off the top rope, then helps Matt hit a dropkick through the ropes that sends Takeshita crashing to the outside.

Inside the ring, Takeshita grinds Matt down with a submission hold while Okada sends Nick into the steel steps on the floor. Okada distracts the referee, allowing Takeshita and Don Callis to rake Matt’s eyes on the outside.

Okada puts on one of the Bucks’ ring jackets and mockingly calls for Matt to tag him in. Takeshita and Nick both tag in, but the Bucks immediately trap Takeshita and Okada in double sharpshooters, and the two partners slap each other in frustration while stuck in the holds.

Takeshita breaks free and drills Matt with a belly‑to‑back piledriver. Okada hits a piledriver on Nick. Takeshita covers Matt, but Matt kicks out. Takeshita charges and levels him with a knee strike. He goes for another pin, but Nick hurls himself — and Okada — into the pile to break it up.

Takeshita fires off forearms, but the Bucks answer with a flurry of their own. Okada re‑enters and drills Nick with an Air Raid Neckbreaker. Matt avoids Takeshita’s Blue Thunder Bomb, and the Bucks hit an assisted hurricanrana on Takeshita before heading up top for dueling senton/elbow drops for a near fall.

They set for the Meltzer Driver, but Takeshita and Okada counter, hitting stereo Bastard Driver/Tombstones for a pair of close two‑counts. Takeshita climbs and hits an Avalanche Release German. He lines up the Power Drive Knee — but Nick superkicks him mid‑charge. Okada flies in with his signature dropkick. He swings for the Rainmaker on Matt, Matt ducks, and Takeshita blasts Matt with the Power Drive Knee instead. Nick dives in and tackles Okada onto the pile to break the pin.

Okada hits the top‑rope elbow and flips off the crowd. Matt fights off a Rainmaker and a Tombstone, and Nick flies in with a knee. Nick tries a German on Okada, Okada blocks, Takeshita tries one, both hold on, and Matt slingshots in with a sunset flip, suplexing the entire stack in one wild motion.

Matt goes for a superkick on Takeshita, but Takeshita counters into a Blue Thunder Bomb. Nick launches off Matt’s back with a Destroyer — Takeshita no‑sells it — and drills both Bucks with a double Power Drive Knee to reset the match.

All four men rise and start slugging it out. Suddenly, Okada decks Takeshita, and the two partners start throwing bombs at each other. Don Callis is delighted. Nick charges in and gets caught by a jump knee/dropkick combo from Takeshita and Okada. Matt shoves Okada into Takeshita for a near fall. Takeshita charges for another Power Drive Knee — and hits Okada instead.

Matt spikes Takeshita with a Poisonrana. The Bucks go for the BTE Trigger, but Takeshita counters into a double Takeshita‑line. Raging Fire is cut off by Okada, who tries a Rainmaker on Matt. Matt ducks, and Takeshita takes the full Rainmaker instead.

The Bucks hit dueling superkicks on Okada, then the BTE Trigger, but Okada kicks out. They set for the Meltzer Driver. Takeshita grabs Nick’s foot to stop it — then lets go. Okada takes the Meltzer Driver clean and gets pinned, leaving Callis stunned at ringside.

Takeshita stands over Okada, trash‑talking him, before leaving the ring and allowing Callis to tend to his “crown jewel.”

Winners: The Young Bucks

Chris Jericho vs. Ricochet

A pre‑match video package rolls, setting the stage for our second PPV bout of the night — the returning Chris Jericho going one‑on‑one with Ricochet. When we return live inside Rogers Arena, Ricochet makes his entrance accompanied by The Gates of Agony. He settles into the ring as his music fades.

“Judas in My Mind” hits, fire pyro erupts, and Chris Jericho steps onto the stage drenched in his trademark purple since returning to AEW. The crowd sings along at full volume as Jericho makes his way to the ring, soaking in the reaction.

The atmosphere shifts — the match is moments away.

The bell rings and Jericho and Ricochet lock up. The fight spills onto the apron, where they trade right hands. Ricochet hoists Jericho onto his shoulders and drops him with a Fireman’s Carry Slam onto the apron, then sends Jericho shoulder‑first into the barricade and ring steps. He throws Jericho back inside and boots him in the head before using the middle rope to torque Jericho’s right arm.

Ricochet distracts the referee, allowing Toa Liona to yank Jericho’s arm from the outside. Ricochet follows with an arm submission, but Jericho powers through and hits a pair of shoulder tackles. Jericho connects with a Lionsault, then a hip toss, and mocks Ricochet by applying a submission while pretending his own hair is Ricochet’s.

Ricochet sends Jericho face‑first into the middle turnbuckle. Jericho tries for the Walls of Jericho, but Liona distracts the referee long enough for Kaun to break the hold. Ricochet hits a Death Valley Driver. Jericho answers with a Codebreaker for a near fall.

They trade right hands on the ropes. Jericho hits a top‑rope hurricanrana, but Ricochet fires back with a head kick and climbs. Jericho trips him and joins him up top, biting Ricochet’s nose. Ricochet knocks Jericho down and goes for a moonsault — but Jericho catches him mid‑air with another Codebreaker. Ricochet kicks out, so Jericho locks in the Walls of Jericho.

Kaun distracts the referee again, giving Liona time to help Ricochet escape. Jericho dropkicks Ricochet into Liona under the bottom rope, then hits a middle‑rope crossbody onto both Gates of Agony on the floor. He follows with a Judas Effect to Kaun.

Liona recovers and levels Jericho on the outside, tossing him back in while the referee is tied up with Ricochet. Ricochet hits a Shooting Star Press for a near fall. He follows with a Lionsault and the Spirit Gun, finally keeping Jericho down for the three‑count.

Winner: Ricochet

Darby Allin vs. Andrade El Idolo

The bell rings and Darby Allin and Andrade lock up. Andrade immediately takes control with a Bow‑and‑Arrow submission, but Allin slips free and the two trade momentum until Allin dives through the ropes, wiping out Andrade just as Andrade hits his signature pose in the ropes.

Andrade regains control with a delayed vertical suplex, holding Allin up for an extended count before dropping him. He sits Allin on the top rope, chops him hard, and sends him crashing to the mat. Andrade then hops into the crowd, borrows a fan’s sunglasses, and takes a selfie — giving Allin the opening to climb the ropes and hit a Coffin Drop to the floor.

Allin drags Andrade up the arena stairs and brawls through the crowd before returning to the ring for a corner splash. Andrade catches him with double boots and follows with The Three Amigos. Andrade hits a meteora in the corner, but Allin rebounds by sending Andrade spine‑first into the mat and locking in a crossface. Andrade reaches the bottom rope to break it.

Allin dropkicks Andrade through the ropes and throws him back inside. Andrade answers with a delayed vertical suplex from the apron to the floor. Back in the ring, Allin hits a Scorpion Death Drop and follows with a Coffin Drop. He covers — but Andrade grabs the referee’s arm to stop the count.

Allin adjusts and rolls Andrade up, catching him clean for the three‑count.

Winner: Darby Allin

After the match, Andrade extends his hand to Allin. Allin shakes it and Andrade raises his hand as a show of respect towards Allin.

AEW World Tag Team Championship
FTR (c) w/ Stokely Hathaway vs. Christian Cage & Adam Copeland

Adam Copeland and Cash Wheeler start things off. The bell rings, Wheeler offers a handshake, and Copeland slaps it away before unloading with right hands. Christian Cage joins in, trading shots with Dax Harwood. Copeland sends Wheeler crashing into the barricade, then turns and fires punches at Harwood before launching Wheeler into the barricade again.

Copeland throws Wheeler back inside, but Wheeler catches him with a hanging DDT and tags in Harwood. FTR catapult Copeland throat‑first into the bottom rope. Cage tags in and stomps repeatedly on the spines of both Harwood and Wheeler. He sets for a reverse DDT on Wheeler, but Harwood cuts him off. Cage clotheslines Harwood to the floor, then sends Wheeler out after him before hitting a crossbody onto both men on the outside.

Cage rolls Harwood back into the ring, but Harwood counters and sets for a Killswitch. Cage escapes, only to be sent shoulder‑first into the barricade. Harwood taunts him, asking how it feels, then slams Cage’s previously injured arm — the one targeted on Dynamite — into the barricade again. He throws Cage back inside and continues wrenching the arm with a submission hold, grinding him down as the champions take control.

Cage rakes Harwood’s eyes and makes the tag to Copeland. Copeland storms in, unloading right hands on Wheeler before planting him with an Impaler DDT. He covers, but Harwood breaks it up. Copeland transitions into a crossface on Harwood while Cage locks one in on Wheeler. Wheeler escapes by biting Cage’s hand, then shoves Cage forward, causing Cage to crash onto Copeland and Harwood, breaking the hold.

Copeland gets blasted with one of the AEW Tag Team Title belts, and FTR immediately set up for the Shatter Machine on Cage. Copeland dives in to save him, spearing Harwood. He covers, but Harwood kicks out and FTR recover long enough to hit Copeland with a Shatter Machine of their own. Harwood goes for the pin, but Cage shoves Stokely Hathaway into the pile, breaking the fall in chaotic fashion.

Stokely tries to explain himself, shoving the referee in the process. The referee shoves him out of the ring, creating an opening for Copeland to spear Harwood. Wheeler hurls Cage into the timekeeper’s area, but Copeland fights both champions with right hands. FTR regain control with a barrage of kicks and set for the FTR Trigger, but Copeland dodges and spears both men.

FTR recover instantly, catching Copeland and hitting another Shatter Machine, this time keeping him down for good.

Winners and STILL AEW World Tag Team Champions: FTR

TNT Championship — Casino Gauntlet Match

Tommaso Ciampa is the first entrant, marching to the ring with purpose. Rush follows as the second entrant, and Bryan Danielson replaces Nigel McGuinness at the commentary desk.

The bell rings and Ciampa and Rush immediately trade chops and strikes. Rush drops Ciampa with a right hand and stomps him down in the corner, but Ciampa fires back with a running boot.

Bandido enters next. He wipes out Ciampa on the floor, hits a thrust kick on Rush, then dives back outside to take out Ciampa again. Bandido crushes Rush with a cannonball in the corner and follows with a Frog Splash for a near fall. Ciampa breaks it up and lines up a knee strike, but Bandido avoids it and calls for the 21 Plex. Rush cuts him off and hurls Bandido into two barricades on the outside before stomping him down.

“Speedball” Mike Bailey enters next. He blasts Ciampa with an apron enzuigiri, moonsaults onto Rush on the floor, then hits a middle‑rope dropkick on Ciampa. Bailey follows with a superkick to Ciampa’s ribs and a standing moonsault.

Rush and Bailey trade chops as El Clon enters. Clon superkicks Rush at the bottom of the ramp, kicks Ciampa in the head, elbows Bandido in the spine, and hits a tilt‑a‑whirl lungblower.

PAC enters next. He drives a shoulder into Clon’s midsection, German suplexes him, then belly‑to‑belly suplexes Bailey into the corner. PAC stares down Bandido and Bailey, kicks Bandido in the gut — only for Bailey to hit a hurricanrana on PAC. Bandido answers with a hurricanrana on Bailey.

Daniel Garcia enters next, stopping to hit his signature dance — only for El Clon to superkick him immediately. Garcia and Clon trade rapid‑fire pin attempts before PAC and Garcia corner Clon, unloading with clotheslines and uppercuts.

Anthony Bowens enters and immediately levels PAC with a clothesline. He takes down Garcia and hits a Famouser on Bandido, but Ciampa and Rush swarm Bowens with stomps.

Kevin Knight enters next, firing right hands at Garcia while Bailey and PAC trade shots. Rush crushes Bowens with the Bull’s Horns in the corner, but Clon flies in with double boots to Rush off the top rope. Ciampa hits a lungblower on Clon and covers, but JetSpeed breaks it up.

Bandido wipes out the entire field on the outside just as Wheeler Yuta enters. Knight and Ciampa battle on the ropes until Ciampa superplexes Knight onto the pile on the floor, taking everyone out again. PAC drags Bailey back into the ring and hits Black Arrow, but Ciampa breaks the pin with a knee strike. Ciampa covers Bailey — only for Yuta to yank Ciampa out of the ring.

Garcia locks a submission on Bailey, but Knight breaks it up and immediately stacks Garcia for the three‑count, shocking the field.

Winner and NEW TNT Champion: Kevin Knight

Backstage — Brawling Birds Bar

Alex Windsor sits at the Brawling Birds bar, an icepack pressed against her head after the beating she took earlier in the night. She doesn’t mince words — she says it’s Jamie Hayter’s turn now. Hayter takes a long pull from her beer, sets the bottle down, and heads out with purpose toward the ring.

AEW Women’s World Championship
Thekla (c) vs. Jamie Hayter

The bell rings and Jamie Hayter explodes out of the corner, flattening Thekla with a big boot. She unloads with right hands, but Thekla fires back instantly, spearing Hayter and driving her into two barricades on the outside. The fight spills around ringside as both women trade heavy right hands.

Thekla plants Hayter with a DDT near the top of the entrance ramp, then climbs and crashes onto her with a top‑rope crossbody to the floor. She throws Hayter back into the ring and covers, but Hayter kicks out. Thekla transitions into a submission, grinding Hayter down.

Thekla locks in an Octopus stretch, then blasts Hayter with a boot to the side of the head. Hayter recovers with a middle‑rope dropkick and follows with a Liger Bomb for a near fall. Thekla rolls her up, Hayter escapes, and immediately spikes Thekla with a Tombstone.

They battle on the ropes until Thekla yanks Hayter down and double‑stomps her. She charges, but Hayter catches her with a backbreaker and hoists her onto her shoulders. Thekla twists into a counter, grabs the bottom rope for leverage, and steals the pin.

Winner and STILL AEW Women’s World Champion: Thekla

After the match, Alex Windsor rushes to the ring, trying to explain the finish to the referee. Julia Hart and Skye Blue join Thekla at ringside, forming a protective wall as tensions rise.

AEW Continental Championship
Jon Moxley (c) vs. Will Ospreay

The bell rings — and Will Ospreay blasts Jon Moxley with a Hidden Blade immediately. Moxley drops, and Ospreay hits a second one that sends the champion spilling out of the ring. Back inside, Ospreay rains down right hands until Moxley traps him in a Triangle. Ospreay powers to his feet and powerbombs Moxley into the mat to break free.

Ospreay charges with a knee strike and hurls Moxley into the steel steps. He places Moxley’s head on the steps and lines up a running boot, but Moxley moves and spikes Ospreay with a DDT on the floor. Back in the ring, Moxley levels Ospreay with a clothesline and drives his knee into Ospreay’s upper spine.

Ospreay bites Moxley’s thumb, and the two trade heavy strikes until Ospreay drops Moxley with a flipping kick. Ospreay follows with a top‑rope forearm, but Moxley catches him in a Bulldog Choke. Ospreay powers up again, only for Moxley to drill him with a piledriver.

Moxley swings for another clothesline, but Ospreay counters with a powerbomb for a near fall. They trade strikes until Ospreay sends Moxley crashing into the corner and unloads with forearms. Moxley rebounds with a lariat that turns Ospreay inside out — but Ospreay answers with a Styles Clash, folding Moxley up for another close two‑count.

Moxley kicks out of the Styles Clash, but Ospreay immediately traps him in a Bulldog Choke, wrenching back with everything he has. Moxley fights free and drags Ospreay onto the ring steps, then spikes him with a piledriver directly on the steel. The ringside doctor rushes in, checking Ospreay’s neck as the crowd reacts in shock.

Moxley shows no hesitation. He hauls Ospreay back into the ring and plants him with a crushing Death Rider, folding him up for the three‑count to retain the title.

Winner and STILL AEW Continental Champion: Jon Moxley

AEW World Trios Championship
The Dogs (c) vs. The Conglomeration (Orange Cassidy, Roderick Strong & Kyle O’Reilly)

We roll straight from one title match into another as the battle for the AEW World Trios Championships is up next. A pre‑match video package sets the stage for The Dogs defending against The Conglomeration.

We return to a fully built set designed like an apartment. Orange Cassidy is sprawled on the couch, barely moving. Behind him stands Roderick Strong, arms crossed. The door swings open — and Vancouver erupts as hometown star Kyle O’Reilly steps inside. The trio head out from the set and make their way to the ring to a massive ovation.

The Dogs follow, storming onto the stage and immediately tearing apart the apartment set. They even hump the couch for good measure before marching to the ring, snarling and ready to fight.

Kyle O’Reilly and David Finlay start things off. The bell rings and they lock up, trading holds until Orange Cassidy tags in. Strong holds Finlay in place and Cassidy drops an elbow on him with his usual casual precision.

Finlay recovers and launches Cassidy spine‑first into the barricade. On the opposite side, Clark Connors sends Roderick Strong crashing into another barricade. Connors then spears O’Reilly as Finlay holds him steady. Cassidy fires back by sending Finlay face‑first into opposite turnbuckles, but Connors blindsides Cassidy with a spear and tags in to take over.

Connors pounces Cassidy with a shoulder tackle, but Strong tags in and immediately hits a backbreaker on Connors. He follows with a second backbreaker, then literally throws Cassidy at Connors and uses Cassidy’s momentum to land a kick. Cassidy then spikes Finlay with a DDT.

Connors and Finlay double‑team Strong, but Strong breaks free long enough to hit yet another backbreaker on Connors. O’Reilly tags in, lighting up Connors’ chest with rapid‑fire kicks before locking in an Ankle Lock. Cassidy and Strong wipe out Finlay on the outside, leaving Connors trapped with nowhere to go.

Connors taps out — and the titles change hands.

Winners and NEW AEW World Trios Champions: The Conglomeration

AEW World Championship
MJF (c) vs. Kenny Omega

The bell rings and MJF immediately bails, slipping through the crowd to avoid Omega. Eventually he returns to the ring. Omega offers a handshake — MJF slaps it away — and Omega answers with a hurricanrana that sends the champion spilling to the floor. Omega hits the ropes, teasing a dive, but MJF circles to the opposite side. Omega adjusts, drilling him with a dropkick through the ropes and a crossbody over the top.

Omega charges, but MJF catches him with a drop toe hold into the barricade. Omega recovers, placing a table over MJF and double‑stomping him off the apron. Back inside, MJF stomps Omega down in the corner, bodyslams him, and plants him with an Alabama Slam for a near fall.

MJF spikes Omega with a piledriver, but Omega kicks out and fires back with a double axe handle. He hits a basement dropkick to MJF’s leg, then hoists him up and lands a moonsault out of the corner for two. Omega lifts MJF into an Electric Chair and climbs to the middle rope, but MJF rakes the eye and bites him. Omega counters with a sunset flip off the ropes and follows with a Snap Dragon.

MJF answers with a suplex, but Omega hits another hurricanrana and lifts MJF into the Electric Chair again. MJF escapes with a hurricanrana of his own and drills Omega with a Canadian Destroyer — Omega lands on his feet and blasts MJF with a running knee. He covers, but MJF kicks out.

Omega tries to springboard back into the ring, but MJF catches him mid‑air with a cutter for a near fall. MJF climbs, but Omega escapes and boots him in the gut, then hits a powerbomb and a V‑Trigger. MJF kicks out again. Omega hurricanranas him to the floor, then launches himself over the ropes to wipe him out.

Omega throws MJF back inside and calls for another V‑Trigger, but MJF knees him in the midsection twice. They collide with crossbodies, both dropping. Omega recovers first, bouncing MJF’s head off the top turnbuckle and powerbombing him into the corner. He climbs and hits a top‑rope dropkick for another near fall.

Omega hoists MJF back into the Electric Chair and climbs to the middle rope. He launches and connects with a One Winged Angel, but the impact leaves Omega clutching his injured torso. He can’t crawl into the cover fast enough, and MJF rolls out of the ring before Omega can secure the pin.

Omega drags MJF back inside and blasts him with a spinning back heel kick, then a V‑Trigger, then a Snap Dragon. He hits another V‑Trigger and covers, but MJF kicks out and fires back with a Cross‑Rhodes. He follows with a double underhook piledriver for a near fall. Omega answers with a flurry — jabs, crosses, uppercuts, kicks — then a knee strike and another V‑Trigger to the back of MJF’s neck. He sets for another One Winged Angel, but MJF slips free and Omega’s knee collides with the referee.

MJF immediately capitalizes, low‑blowing Omega and reaching into the downed referee’s pocket for the Dynamite Diamond Ring. He winds up — but Omega sees it coming and crushes him with a V‑Trigger. Omega plants him with another One Winged Angel and covers. A second referee sprints down and counts — but MJF kicks out at the last moment.

MJF drags Omega onto the apron and spikes him with a piledriver that sends Omega crashing through the ringside table. He throws Omega back inside, lines him up, and drills him with a Heat Seeker, finally keeping him down for the three‑count.

Winner and STILL AEW World Champion: MJF

As the bell rings, MJF collapses against the ropes, clutching his title with a mix of exhaustion and defiance. Omega lies motionless on the canvas, the crowd roaring in appreciation for the war they just witnessed. Pyro erupts above the stage as the champion staggers to his feet, raising the belt high while the camera pulls back on the chaos left behind.

AEW Dynasty 2026 fades out on the image of MJF standing tall — battered, breathless, but still the king of the mountain.

2026 AEW Dynasty Preview

MJF puts the AEW World Championship on the line tonight for the first time since surviving a brutal Texas Death Match against “Hangman” Adam Page at AEW Revolution on March 15. His challenger is none other than AEW Executive Vice President Kenny Omega, who has been circling the world title picture for months. Omega earned his shot by defeating Swerve Strickland in a Number One Contender vs. EVP Match on the March 25 Dynamite, then came face‑to‑face with MJF during their April 1 contract signing. The tense exchange that followed made it clear that neither man plans to give an inch when the bell rings tonight.

After retaining her title against Mina Shirakawa on March 25, Thekla once again defends the AEW Women’s World Championship, this time against Jamie Hayter. Hayter, along with her Brawling Birds partner Alex Windsor and Shirakawa, scored a trios victory over Thekla, Skye Blue, and Julia Hart on April 1. Hayter then issued the challenge on the April 2 Collision, setting the stage for a long‑awaited showdown.

In a reunion nearly a year in the making, Adam Copeland and Christian Cage team up for the first time since defeating FTR at AEW All Out on September 20, 2025. Tonight, they challenge Dax Harwood and Cash Wheeler for the AEW World Tag Team Championship. Copeland and Cage returned at Revolution moments after FTR retained against The Young Bucks, and ever since, both teams have traded barbs through promos, backstage segments, and video messages. With tensions rising, their championship clash has become one of the most anticipated matches of the night.

Will Ospreay challenges Jon Moxley for the Continental Championship, marking Moxley’s first defense since defeating Konosuke Takeshita in a No Time Limit Match at Revolution. Ospreay has been seeking revenge ever since Moxley sidelined him with a neck injury following their Ten‑Man Lights Out Steel Cage Match at AEW x NJPW Forbidden Door on August 24, 2025. Ospreay issued the challenge via video on the March 25 Dynamite, later clarifying that he wanted the title on the line tonight.

Fresh off capturing the AEW World Trios Championship on last night’s Collision, The Dogs — David Finlay, Clark Connors, and Gabe Kidd — make their first defense against The Conglomeration’s Orange Cassidy, Roderick Strong, and a mystery partner. With Cassidy and Strong keeping their third man under wraps, the champions enter their first defense with an unpredictable challenge ahead.

With Kyle Fletcher forced to vacate the TNT Championship due to injury, a new champion will be crowned tonight in a Casino Gauntlet Match. Tommaso Ciampa enters at No. 1 after defeating Mascara Dorada on Wednesday’s Dynamite, while Rush enters at No. 2 following his win over Anthony Bowens on last night’s Collision. Their early entry guarantees both men extended time in the ring before the field fills up.

The Young Bucks — Matt and Nick Jackson — face Konosuke Takeshita and Kazuchika Okada of The Don Callis Family. Fletcher was originally slated to team with Takeshita, but with Okada stepping in, the uneasy alliance between Takeshita and the International Champion has been on full display. Don Callis attempted to smooth things over on Wednesday’s Dynamite by promising Takeshita an International Championship match at Double or Nothing if he cooperates tonight.

Darby Allin returns to singles action against Andrade El Idolo of The Don Callis Family. With his rivalry against Gabe Kidd finally behind him, Allin has shifted his focus toward the AEW World Championship. On April 1, Callis revealed he struck a deal with MJF: if Allin can defeat Andrade — the Family’s top representative — he earns a future world title shot.

Chris Jericho competes in his first match since losing the Ring of Honor World Championship to Bandido in a Title vs. Mask Match at Dynasty 2025, facing Ricochet of The Demand. Jericho returned on the April 1 Dynamite and immediately clashed with Ricochet in a heated verbal exchange. Jericho also revealed that his new AEW contract grants him the right to choose his opponent for Dynasty, making tonight’s match a crucial statement.

On the Zero Hour Pre‑Show, Marina Shafir faces Alex Windsor, while Divine Dominion’s Lena Kross and Megan Bayne defend the AEW Women’s World Tag Team Championship against Maya World and Hyan. Also on Zero Hour, “Jungle Boy” Jack Perry defends the AEW National Championship against Mark Davis
