Original Plans for Bronson Reed at WWE Elimination Chamber

Bronson Reed’s bicep injury on the February 23 episode of WWE RAW didn’t just alter one qualifying match — it forced WWE to overhaul major portions of the 2026 Men’s Elimination Chamber. Reed was injured during his final qualifying opportunity, a match he was originally booked to win. With the injury removing him from WrestleMania‑season plans, WWE had to adjust the Chamber layout in ways that became clear only after the event.

A new report from Cory Hays of BodySlam revealed that Reed was set for a dominant performance inside the Chamber. He was scheduled to eliminate LA Knight, Je’Von Evans, and Trick Williams, giving him one of the strongest showings of the match. Once Reed was ruled out, WWE reassigned those eliminations to Logan Paul, who entered the match after qualifying on SmackDown when Jey Uso was taken out.

The shift became more noticeable when a fan pointed out online that Logan Paul had eliminated Je’Von Evans, LA Knight, and Trick Williams. Hays responded by confirming that those eliminations were never meant for Paul, stating that “It was supposed to be Bronson.” This comment highlighted how drastically the match had been reshaped due to Reed’s sudden absence.

Reed’s injury not only halted his own momentum but also changed how the Chamber played out on screen. Logan Paul benefited from the revised layout, appearing far stronger than originally planned. The ripple effect extended into WrestleMania 42 season, as Reed was positioned for a meaningful push before being sidelined.

With creative plans shifting rapidly during one of WWE’s busiest periods, Reed’s injury stands out as one of the most impactful setbacks of the year, altering storylines and redistributing key moments across the roster.
