Bronson Reed Breaks Silence After Injury, Vows to Return “Better Than Ever” – Bronson Reed has issued his first public comments since suffering a serious injury during the February 24 episode of WWE RAW, where he was forced out of an Elimination Chamber qualifying match after an apparent arm injury. Reed was expected to win the match, but an audible was called when he immediately rolled to the floor clutching his right arm.
Reed remained outside the ring for the rest of the bout, and later in the broadcast Michael Cole confirmed the severity of the situation, announcing that Reed had suffered a distal biceps tear and would be out of action indefinitely. Cole did not provide further details, but the injury was clearly significant.
Reed has now spoken out for the first time since the incident, posting a brief but determined message on Twitter/X. “Appreciate the kind words,” Reed wrote. “Ill be back better than ever, causing destruction like no one else can!”
A distal biceps tear occurs when the tendon connecting the biceps muscle to the forearm detaches. For athletes, surgery is typically required, and recovery often ranges from three to six months depending on the severity of the tear and the rehabilitation process.
PWInsider reported on Wednesday that WWE sent Reed to Birmingham, Alabama—where many WWE talents undergo surgery and evaluation—immediately after RAW. Reed is expected to undergo surgery for the torn bicep, if the procedure has not already taken place.
Reed’s injury comes at a difficult time, as he was gaining momentum heading into WrestleMania season. His message, however, makes it clear he intends to return with the same intensity that has defined his WWE run.
