The February 24 episode of WWE NXT on The CW Network brought in 589,000 viewers. That total is down from the 744,000 viewers the show recorded on February 17.
In the key 18 to 49 demographic, NXT posted a 0.08 rating. This is also a decrease compared to the previous week’s 0.09 demo rating. The drop in overall audience and the slight dip in the demographic rating reflect a week-to-week decline for the Tuesday night program.
One night later, AEW Dynamite aired on TBS and drew 633,000 viewers on February 25. According to the reported figures, this number is up from the 692,000 viewers the show drew on February 18.
In the 18 to 49 demographic, Dynamite scored a 0.10 rating. That figure is down from the 0.12 demo rating the program earned the previous Wednesday. While the total audience reportedly increased compared to last week, the key demo rating saw a decline.
Both programs experienced movement in their core metrics. NXT saw decreases in both total viewership and the 18 to 49 category. Dynamite’s numbers reflected a shift as well, with a lower demo rating than the week prior despite the reported increase in total viewers.
These figures provide a snapshot of how both wrestling shows performed during the final full week of February, as each brand continues building toward upcoming major events.
