The Wyatt Sicks Invade Worlds Collide – The WWE x AAA Worlds Collide event featured a high-profile showdown for the AAA World Tag Team Championship, as Psycho Clown and Pagano defended against The New Day and Grayson Waller.
Backstage, Chuey Martinez interviewed the challengers before the bout. Xavier Woods explained that he would not be competing due to undergoing head surgery following a Mexican Destroyer from Penta. Despite the severity of the injury, Woods made the trip to support his partners. “Less than 24 hours after having my head cut open, I got on an airplane and risked a blood clot and possibly even death in order to see my man, Kofi Kingston and my man, Grayson Waller fight for those championships. So no, I’m not fighting, but we’re taking those championships anyway,” Woods said.
In the match, Pagano and Psycho Clown quickly gained momentum, with Pagano landing a swinging neckbreaker on Kingston before the champions hit stereo dropkicks in the corner. Waller broke up the pin, and Kingston rallied with a Superplex, followed by Waller’s elbow drop. Woods distracted Pagano on the top rope, allowing Kingston to cut him off. However, Psycho Clown revealed a second mask under his own, spooking Woods into retreating to the back.
The champions regained control, hitting stereo Destroyers before Pagano dove onto Kingston on the outside. Inside the ring, Psycho Clown struck Waller with a belt and scored the pinfall to retain the titles.
The celebration was short-lived. The Wyatt Sicks arrived, with Uncle Howdy wearing the WWE Tag Team Championship belts over his shoulders. The group surrounded the ring before launching a violent assault. Joe Gacy and Dexter Lumis ambushed the champions, Nikki Cross targeted Clown, and Erick Rowan put Pagano through a table after Lumis delivered a top-rope senton. Gacy and Rowan then sent Clown crashing through another table set against the ropes, before Howdy finished Pagano with Sister Abigail.
The Wyatt Sicks stood tall, holding both the WWE and AAA tag team titles above the fallen champions, leaving a chilling message at Worlds Collide.
