Seth Rollins Suffers Possible Knee Injury at WWE Saturday Night’s Main Event

Seth Rollins Suffers Possible Knee Injury at WWE Saturday Night’s Main Event – Seth Rollins may have suffered a serious knee injury during his match against LA Knight at Saturday Night’s Main Event on July 12. The incident occurred during a high-impact sequence midway through the match, leading to an abrupt finish and increased concern from both WWE personnel and fans in attendance.

Rollins appeared to tweak his knee after missing a quebrada (moonsault) when Knight rolled out of the way. Upon landing, Rollins immediately grabbed his leg, prompting the referee to step in and hold Knight back. Paul Heyman, who was at ringside, was seen speaking with the referee as medical personnel quickly arrived to check on Rollins.

Commentators Wade Barrett and Michael Cole noticeably shifted to a more serious tone, emphasizing the inherent risks of professional wrestling and drawing attention to the situation unfolding in the ring. While the nature of Rollins’ injury has not been confirmed, the handling of the situation — including the sudden shift in match direction — strongly suggests it may be legitimate.

After a brief delay, the match resumed with Knight delivering a kick followed by the Blunt Force Trauma (BFT) for the quick pinfall. Rollins remained on the mat after the finish, with the referee immediately signaling for additional medical attention.

As of now, WWE has not issued an official statement on Rollins’ condition. Given Rollins’ long-standing history with knee issues — including a torn ACL, MCL, and meniscus in 2015 — any potential injury will raise serious concerns, especially with SummerSlam just weeks away.

Fans are encouraged to stay tuned as updates become available on Rollins’ status.
