The Rock Gives Update on Elbow Injury

The Rock Gives Update on Elbow Injury – Although he hasn’t wrestled since WrestleMania 40, The Rock faced new challenges with his recent project. While he emerged unscathed from his match with Cody Rhodes and Seth Rollins, he suffered an injury during the filming of his next movie.

Earlier this week, The Rock revealed he had injured his elbow. He took to Instagram to share that he had “smashed up” his elbow while working on his new film, The Smashing Machine.

The People’s Champion updated fans with a photo on Instagram, showing significant bruising around his right elbow. Despite the black and purple discoloration, The Rock smiled for the camera as he displayed his injury.

In his caption, he assured fans that there was no extensive tissue damage and that his elbow would eventually heal. True to his style, he added that he planned to drink tequila to aid in his recovery.

“Elbow got kissed by the boo boo monster ? ??No extensive tissue damage.

Ruptured bursa sac that will eventually heal. I’ve had much worse, and as always let pain – and tequila – be the guide ? Back to work.#thesmashingmachine #bennysafdie (thank you all for the love and healing/medicine recommendations ❤️‍? Im good ??)”
