Spoiler on Dragon Lee’s Replacement on Tonight’s NXT New Year’s Evil – Tonight marks WWE NXT’s return with a power-packed New Year’s Evil special, marking the first live episode in a fortnight.

The anticipated event includes thrilling matchups such as NXT Champion Ilja Dragunov facing off against Trick Williams, while NXT Women’s Champion Lyra Valkyria defends her title against Blair Davenport. Additionally, the NXT Men’s Breakout Tournament finals promise intense action among other featured segments.

Originally scheduled as Dragon Lee, Joaquin Wilde, and Cruz Del Toro versus Drew Gulak, Charlie Dempsey, and Damon Kemp, the matchup remained intact despite Lee’s visa issue. However, Lee had to withdraw due to the aforementioned visa problem. There’s optimism that the issue will be resolved shortly, potentially this week.

According to Fightful Select’s Corey Brennan, Carlito is present at the show and has been seen preparing around ringside, hinting at his potential involvement as the planned ally of the LWO.
