Britt Baker Provides An Update On Her Back Injury – During the first episode of AEW All Access, Britt Baker was seen receiving treatment for a back injury. When asked about it in an interview, Baker noted that the injury was getting worse, but it was manageable.
Speaking on Casual Conversations with The Wrestling Classic, Baker shared an update about the injury. She stated that she’s not on the shelf, but she’s being proactive with the doctor. Baker also stated that she’s getting an MRI to make sure everything’s okay.
“No, I’m not on the shelf, not to the point where I can’t wrestle or anything. But we’re definitely being proactive with the doctor. I’m getting an MRI, so I have to get a shot to be able to wrestle. We are getting a new MRI this week just to make sure everything’s okay because our medical team, they never will let you work if it’s not safe. I have to say that first and foremost. But I’m very stubborn, and I want to wrestle as much as possible. Even if I not gonna wrestle, I’m gonna be at work,” Baker said.
As of this writing, Baker has only wrestled four times in 2023. She continues to regularly appear on AEW TV, as she is part of the feud between The Outcasts (Saraya, Ruby Soho, and Toni Stormr) and AEW originals.
