Thunder Rosa Breaks Bread With Marina Shafir After Controverisal Match

Thunder Rosa Breaks Bread With Marina Shafir – AEW Women’s World Champion Thunder Rosa and Marina Shafir recently shared a moment together following the recent controversy between them.

As noted, they had some clunky spots in their title match last week on Dynamite and a fan accused Rosa on Twitter of ‘sandbagging’ as well as ‘no-selling’ Shafir’s offense. Shafir and Britt Baker actually liked those tweets.

Rosa was previously accused of this by Ivelisse, who has discussed having these issues in Lucha Underground and their September 2020 match on Dynamite.

During an appearance on The MMA Hour, Rosa dismissed the accusations and noted that she has respect for all of her opponents.

On Instagram, Rosa shared photos of the two breaking bread while backstage at Wednesday’s Dynamite. She wrote the following in the caption:

“Today day we take responsibility and work on being better. Because at the end of the day we break bread. Two mothers navigating a world in where we both never ending learners. @marinashafir.”
