– Despite AJ Styles being fired in storyline on last week’s episode of SmackDown Live, Styles still worked this past weekend’s SmackDown live events against John Cena and is advertised for tonight’s SmackDown Live.
As of this writing, his profile remains in the Alumni section of WWE.com.
– WWE UK has posted the following poll on Twitter asking fans if Seth Rollins should sign Triple H’s ‘Holds Harmless Agreement’:
Should @WWERollins sign @TripleH’s Hold Harmless Agreement on next week’s #Raw?
It should be noted that on RAW Triple H referred to the match as a “non-sanctioned” match. Below is the definition of a “Holds Harmless Agreement”:
A Hold Harmless Agreement is a contract between two parties designed to release one or both parties from legal claims. Most often, one party agrees not to sue the other party for any expenses, damages, or losses arising from a transaction or activity between the two parties.
– For those of you who might have missed it, although New Day did not appear in front of the live crowd at the Barclays Center last night, they did appear in a Raw backstage segment. The segment opened with Big E and Kofi Kingston looking disapprovingly at Xavier Woods, before Big E said “so…is there something you want to tell us about?” Woods then answered with “WrestleMania.”
The video intro could have been New Day’s wink at the Paige and Xavier Woods video which was leaked over the weekend, and it should be noted that WWE disabled comments from the Raw segment when they uploaded it to YouTube. You can check it out below:
