TNA Wrestling newcomer Avery Styles has sparked backstage concern regarding a potential injury after being spotted in a walking boot following the company’s latest television tapings. Industry reports indicate that multiple roster members are dealing with physical setbacks following a demanding production block in Alabama.
Tapings and Post-Show Concerns
The Dothan Civic Center hosted the intensive two-night broadcast sessions on October 13 and 14. Once the cameras stopped rolling, several members of the roster were reportedly banged up. According to Fightful Select, Avery Styles was specifically observed wearing protective medical footwear after the tapings concluded.
The report noted, “There were a couple of wrestlers banged up after TNA tapings this week. Avery Styles was in a walking boot following the tapings.”
While footwear of that nature points toward a foot or ankle issue, management has not issued an official diagnosis regarding any potential injury. Furthermore, officials have not clarified whether the setback will force him to miss upcoming television appearances or scheduled matches.
Early Career Momentum in TNA
The “Phenomenal Son” is currently trying to build steady momentum following his arrival in late August. He made his official in-ring debut during the Call Your Shot Gauntlet match at Bound for Glory. Styles also appeared on iMPACT during a backstage segment alongside Frankie Kazarian and The Hardys, though he did not compete on that particular broadcast.
The recent television blocks featured heavy action, with the opening night operating under the creative direction of Matt and Jeff Hardy. Although multiple athletes emerged from the grueling schedule banged up, other specific names have not been disclosed. His status remains a key situation to monitor as the promotion prepares for upcoming events.
