In a titanic collision of heavyweights at WWE Money in the Bank 2026, Oba Femi triumphed over Big Bronson Reed inside the Smoothie King Center in New Orleans, managing to fight through outside interference from The Vision to secure a massive victory.
The bout served as a pure display of raw power from the opening bell. Reed struggled early on to match Femi’s strength, getting tossed across the ring before escaping to the floor to regroup. Momentum shifted when Reed caught Femi on the apron, dropping him with a back suplex onto the steel before driving him into the ring steps and executing a suicide dive through the ropes.
Back inside the ring, Reed grounded Femi with a series of heavy sentons, though Femi’s lower back began to flare up under the sustained punishment. Despite the physical toll, both powerhouses traded monstrous blows, with Reed hitting an avalanche in the corner followed by a DDT.
As the match reached its boiling point, The Vision made their presence felt. Austin Theory and Maxxine Dupri emerged from the crowd to create a distraction, while Logan Paul attempted to slide a steel chair into the ring. The referee caught Paul in the act and immediately ejected him from ringside.
However, the brief chaos allowed Theory to feed brass knuckles to Reed behind the official’s back. Reed drilled Femi twice with the weapon and connected with a Tsunami splash, but Femi miraculously powered out at a two-count.
Reed followed up with a Death Valley Driver and attempted a top-rope moonsault, but Femi rolled out of the way just in time. Seizing his opening, Femi exploded back into the match, delivering a running uppercut and launching Austin Theory off the apron with a devastating chokeslam. With Reed staggered, Femi hoisted his opponent up and finished him off with the Fall From Grace (pop-up powerbomb) to score the decisive pinfall victory.
This was Reed’s first televised match since February 2026, when he suffered a distal biceps tear in his right arm.
