Ethan Page And Big Cass Deliver Brutal Post-Match Attack On Chad Gable After RAW Title Defense

Chad Gable successfully defended his Intercontinental Championship on the October 19, 2026 episode of WWE RAW, but his night ended on the canvas as Ethan Page and Big Cass made a chilling statement.

Gable survived a high-stakes, action-packed Triple Threat Match against Rey Mysterio and Dragon Lee. All three competitors pushed each other to the absolute limit, with Mysterio connecting with a trademark 619 and a frog splash, while Lee nearly captured the gold following a devastating execution. Ultimately, Gable capitalized in the chaos, catching Mysterio with a crafty sunset flip to secure the three-count and retain his championship.

Ethan Page And Big Cass Ambush The Ring

Following the bell, sportsmanship momentarily took over as Gable, Mysterio, and Lee exchanged signs of mutual respect after their grueling battle. However, that camaraderie was instantly shattered when Ethan Page stormed down the entrance ramp, accompanied by Big Cass.

Page immediately ambushed Gable and Mysterio, while Big Cass targeted Dragon Lee with terrifying force. Cass dismantled Lee at ringside, planting him with a brutal chokeslam directly onto the steel ringside barricade before following up with a thunderous big boot to Mysterio.

Inside the ring, Page zeroed in on the exhausted Intercontinental Champion, leveling Gable with a vicious fisherman’s buster.

Page Makes A Championship Statement

Page was far from finished sending a message to the locker room. He scooped up the Intercontinental Championship, hoisted it high above his head to cement his intentions, and then dropped Gable with a second fisherman’s buster to leave the champion completely incapacitated.

By launching the unprovoked assault, Ethan Page immediately inserts himself into the championship picture without having to earn an opportunity through conventional competition. While Gable walks out of San Diego still holding the gold, he now has a massive target on his back as Page and Cass stake their claim to the division.
