AEW President Tony Khan has officially responded to rumors regarding free agent Mara Sadè, playing it coy when asked if the former WWE and TNA Wrestling star is bound for All Elite Wrestling.
The speculation escalated earlier this week when Sadè launched her official website, which briefly listed AEW alongside her past stints in WWE and TNA before the reference was quietly removed. During the AEW All Out 2026 pre-show media call, Khan addressed her status directly.
While Khan stopped short of confirming her signing, he openly acknowledged his admiration for her talent:
“We have not seen her in AEW to date, but she’s somebody that we’re definitely very familiar with for many reasons and is a tremendous young talent. She’s somebody that is of great interest and is a very compelling young prospect. So in her case, she’s definitely somebody to keep an eye on.”
Fueling The Fire Ahead Of All Out 2026
Adding to the momentum, Sadè fueled debut rumors further on Thursday by posting a cryptic social media message that simply read:
“✓ Saturday.”
The timing has led many fans to connect her potential arrival to Saturday’s pay-per-view in Chicago, where Persephone is scheduled to defend the AEW TBS Championship in an open challenge.
Sadè—who previously competed in WWE as Jakara Jackson from 2021 to 2025 before a stint in TNA Wrestling that concluded earlier this summer—is widely reported to have finalized terms with AEW. Whether her debut takes place this weekend in Hoffman Estates remains to be seen.
