We are live from the Casey’s Center in Des Moines, Iowa, as Roman Reigns makes his way to the ring to start the show.

Roman tells the entire state to acknowledge him. He says he’s a man of his word and he called his shot. He said he would win the Rumble and save the company. He went to Mania and beat the old man. He owned the summer. Last night, he beat Seth Rollins. Around here, that hits a little harder. Roman says Seth is your guy, and he’s his brother. Last night, they might have found some peace. He can only acknowledge that much, but it’s fine if the crowd does too.

LA Knight interrupts and heads to the ring.

Knight congratulates Roman on winning at SummerSlam and still holding the World Championship. He says that despite him and Seth insisting Roman couldn’t do it alone, Roman proved them wrong — but he’s still a fraud. Knight says he’s been calling Roman names for months, and Roman brought out the dogs. Knight wants what Roman owes him. The last time they faced off, it wasn’t one‑on‑one. He wants what Roman gave Seth — no Bloodline. They can do it now, next week, Money in the Bank, or even WrestleMania. Knight says the only right answer is yeah.

Roman says this is exactly what he’s talking about. He wants to know who Knight thinks he’s talking to by calling him a fraud. Roman says he doesn’t call himself a megastar while wearing a Walmart watch. He shows off his own watch and says that’s what a megastar wears. Everyone keeps running their mouths. Knight beat his cousins in a six‑man tag match — what else has he done? He hasn’t won a tournament, a battle royal, or a big match. Roman says you don’t get a number‑one‑contender match by whining. Knight may have wasted his cousins’ time, but he isn’t wasting Roman’s.

Knight stops Roman from leaving the ring. He tells Roman he’s much cooler when he isn’t standing in front of him. Knight says he’s earned it over and over. Roman and thirty‑eight others beat him, using numbers to shield themselves. Knight says Roman sucks. Roman is on a different level because he holds the title, but he isn’t on Knight’s level. Knight calls himself lightning in a bottle. He tells Roman that when he buys a pair — and if he can’t grow a pair — Knight will knock him back to factory settings.

Je’Von Evans vs. Ethan Page

They lock up and Page takes control with a side headlock and a shoulder tackle. Page does a few jumping jacks, but Evans springs in with a springboard rollup for a count of two. Page answers with a kick and a punch. He goes for a slam, but Evans bends back into a matrix to slip away. Evans flips out of range and connects with a boot to the head. Evans follows with a slingshot headscissors and a dropkick that sends Page to the floor. Evans dives over the top with a plancha.

Evans goes up top and hits a crossbody. He climbs again but takes too long. Evans moves to the apron to avoid Page, then tries for a suplex, but Page pulls him back inside. Evans counters with a rollup for only a two count. Evans hits a dropkick and gets another close call.

Evans lands a kick, but Page grabs him and drives Evans’ head into the turnbuckles. Page sends Evans to the floor and follows him out. Page smashes Evans’ head into the apron, then hits a forearm before rolling him back inside. Page follows with a back elbow and covers for a count of two. He adds a backbreaker, then another forearm as he sends Evans into the turnbuckles. Page hits a hard Irish whip, then unloads with punches and a kick.

Evans fires back with punches, but Page cuts him off with a belly‑to‑back suplex for only a two count. Page clamps on a reverse chinlock and leans in to force Evans back to his knees. Page drives a forearm into the lower back, then hits a second one to keep control.

Page pie‑faces Evans and kicks him while running him down. Evans fires back with punches and kicks, then lands another shot and sends Page into the turnbuckles. Evans kicks Page in the back and follows with a springboard clothesline. Evans goes for another springboard move, but Page hits the ropes and cuts him off, then delivers a Regalplex for a count of two.

Evans counters with an inside cradle for only a two count. He shifts into a lateral press to block a belly‑to‑back suplex attempt. Page charges and gets sent to the floor, but he drags Evans out with him and drives Evans into the announce table. Evans slips out of a slam and sends Page into the table and the ring post. Evans knocks Page into the timekeeper’s area and then launches himself with a wacky plancha.

Evans snaps in with a rebound round kick and covers for a count of two. He sets for the double‑jump cutter, but Page shuts it down and tries a cover with his feet on the ropes, getting only a two count. Evans fires a boot to the head, but Page answers with a Confidence Breaker for another close call. Page follows with a powerslam and gets a count of two.

Page sends Evans to the floor and tries to expose the turnbuckles, but the referee steps in. Evans leaps over both Page and the official, hits the double‑jump cutter, and scores the three count.

Winner: Je’Von Evans

After the match, Big Cass is already in the ring and he levels Evans with a boot to the head. Cass follows with a clothesline, then lifts Evans and drags him around the ring. Cass clamps on a bear hug and drives Evans down with East River Crossing.

Roman Reigns and The Bloodline Backstage

Roman is in the back with The Bloodline and says he wants to keep the respect. He tells them this is what they wanted. He says they don’t lose, and questions how one of them lost to his little brother. Roman says that should be coffee duty. He brings up LA Knight calling him a fraud. Roman asks why he’s hearing that Royce Keys is Jacob’s family. He asks if they’re his family. He says Royce isn’t his family, but maybe he’s one of the boys. Roman tells them not to let the circus freaks confuse them. He says this is the only Bloodline and to trust no one.

Jey says they will take care of LA Knight. Roman tells them to leave Knight for him.

LA Knight walks past the Usos and Fatu and asks if he heard someone say to leave him alone. He says he will see everyone next week.

Lyra Valkyria Interview

Byron is with Lyra Valkyria in the Interstitial Interview Area. He asks about her focus on the Intercontinental Championship.

Lyra says she created that title. It was made for her, by her, and she will find her way back to it. She shifts to Sol Ruca and says she knew Sol would crash and burn. Lyra says Sol doesn’t have the grit or the mental strength. Sol lost the title in the same building where Lyra lost it.

Lyra turns her attention to Raquel. She hopes Raquel saw what she did to Bayley. She says Bayley is gone and never coming back. If she did that to a friend, what does Raquel think she will do to someone she doesn’t like?

Jacob Fatu and Royce Keys Backstage

Jacob is alone backstage when Royce walks up. Royce asks how many times they have to go through this. He reminds Jacob how many times they’ve fought together. Royce says he can forget everything. They’re brothers. They’re family.

Fatu tells him he isn’t his brother or his family. He says Royce is just one of the boys. Jacob says he’s Bloodline. He tells Royce it’s him versus Royce tonight in a street fight. Jacob says he’s going to dog walk Royce’s ass.

Liv Morgan Promo

Liv Morgan makes her way to the ring with Raquel Rodriguez and Roxanne Perez at her side.

Liv says everyone is in the presence of the greatest women’s champion of all time. She says the crowd already knew that because on Saturday she beat one of the best in the world. She defeated Iyo Sky. Liv gives Iyo credit, saying she’s the only woman in the division who has stepped up to challenge her. Liv looks around and says she doesn’t see any challengers.

She asks if everyone knows what that means. She says she will become the longest‑reigning champion of all time. Liv shifts to another member of her group — her best friend, her sister, the new Intercontinental Champion, Raquel Rodriguez.

Liv mentions Roxanne as well. She says Roxanne will embarrass Sol Ruca, and together they will prove why they run RAW.

Sol Ruca vs. Roxanne Perez

Sol hits a clothesline before the bell and the referee checks on Perez. Once Perez confirms she’s ready, the match begins. Perez rolls to the floor right away. Sol follows her out and chases her around the ring.

They return to the ring and Perez catches Sol with a kick. Perez adds a few forearms and clamps on a side headlock. Sol tries to send her off the ropes, but Perez refuses to let go. Sol blocks the takedown, but Perez uses the turnbuckles to pull her down with a side headlock takeover.

Sol answers with a shoulder tackle. She misses a knee but lands a back senton for a count of two. Sol grabs the wrist and twists it into a wringer. Perez reaches the ropes to force a break, then slips back to the floor again.

Sol chases Perez a second time and drags her down to the floor. Perez fires a forearm and kicks Sol. Perez tries a side Russian leg sweep, but Sol blocks it. Perez rolls her up with a bridge for only a two count. Sol shifts into a quick cover of her own and gets another close call.

Perez slaps Sol across the face. She follows with a forearm to the back. Perez kicks Sol in the corner and then chokes her against the turnbuckles. Perez adds more kicks to keep control.

Sol blocks the next kick and sweeps the leg. She fires a few forearms and sends Perez across the ring with an Irish whip. Sol hits another whip and keeps the pressure on. She misses a hip attack in the corner, but catches Perez when Perez tries her own. Sol plants Perez face‑first and follows with a dropkick. She covers and gets a near fall.

Sol pulls back into a surfboard, but Perez slips free. Sol flips over her and lands a back heel kick. Perez rolls to the floor again, and Sol follows with a moonsault off the ring post.

Perez blocks the Rainbow DDT when they return to the ring, and Sol grabs her arm in pain. Perez drops a knee onto the arm to make it worse. She hits a hammerlock DDT and covers for a count of two.

Perez stomps on the injured arm while Sol is caught in the ropes. She keeps the hammerlock and drives Sol shoulder‑first into the ring post. Perez kicks Sol in the ribs and gets another near fall.

Perez locks in a seated abdominal stretch. Sol fights her way back to her feet, but Perez cuts her off with a suplex for only a two count. Perez goes right back to the arm bar.

They trade punches and forearms. Sol fires a kick and an elbow. She adds a back elbow, then another. Sol sends Perez across the ring with an Irish whip and hits an elbow in the corner. Sol follows with a German suplex.

Sol charges and hits a running knee, but Perez kicks out at two.

Sol rolls Perez up and gets a quick count of two. She tries an X‑Factor, but Perez lands on her hands to stay upright. Sol blocks Pop Rox and hits the X‑Factor clean. Raquel climbs onto the apron, and Sol knocks her down. Sol heads to the turnbuckles, but Liv trips her. The referee calls for the bell.

Winner by DQ: Sol Ruca

Perez attacks right after the match. She kicks Sol and hits Pop Rox. Raquel follows with a Tejana Bomb.

Becky Lynch’s music hits. Everyone stops and watches her walk to the ring. Becky grabs a mic and walks straight past all three.

Becky asks Raquel if she came for that title. She says she made that title famous and her work is done. Becky turns to Liv and says she came for her, sweet cheeks. She wants to make sure it isn’t another hundred days before Liv defends the title again. Becky says Liv has become a glorified valet. The women’s champion should be fighting, not flirting. Becky calls Liv’s reign the worst of all time and says things are about to get worse.

Liv fires back. She says Becky is being typical. Liv tells Becky she should be home being a mommy to her daughter. Liv says it’s pathetic for Becky to be in her face. Liv says Becky is jealous. Liv says Becky’s time is over and her time is now. She calls herself the greatest women’s champion.

They leave the ring.

Becky says Liv isn’t even the greatest women’s champion in her own group. She says Liv isn’t even the best women’s champion to sleep with Dominik Mysterio.

Stephanie Vaquer appears and attacks Raquel and Perez. Liv slides into the ring, but Vaquer grabs her. Becky watches from the turnbuckles as Vaquer punches Liv.

Raquel and Perez rush back in. Vaquer headbutts Raquel. She plants Liv with a spinebuster.

Becky steps up behind Stephanie, and the two stare each other down.

– We have a Brock Lesnar video package.

Paul Heyman and Oba Femi Backstage

Paul Heyman is watching Brock Lesnar’s video when Oba Femi walks up behind him. Oba says he didn’t get the chance to thank Brock for his kind words. He tells Heyman that when Heyman sees Brock, he should thank him on his behalf.

Heyman says it will be an honor. The two shake hands.

Danhausen Segment

Danhausen appears during the commercial break and reminds everyone of his recent victory. He says he is now rich again because he got his money back. With that, he announces he has plenty of money to shoot into the crowd.

Oba Femi Promo

Oba Femi makes his way to the ring. He says words cannot describe what happened on Night One of SummerSlam. They went to war inside Hell in a Cell. They walked out covered in scars and bruises. There was a winner and a loser, but there was also new respect.

Oba says he thought Brock understood he was the one back at WrestleMania. He thought Brock was jealous when he returned, but now he knows it was a test. Brock wanted to see if he chose right. Could Oba swim? That question was answered fast.

Going into SummerSlam, the question changed. It became: how long can you hold your breath? Brock held his breath. He went into the cage with the most decorated combat athlete alive. He swam to the surface, he emerged victorious, and he passed the test. The Beast can rest.

Oba says his destiny is clear. There is no path. You carve your own. He says he will lead a new generation, and the old guard will fall. If any man has a problem with the one holding the torch, they answer to him.

Bron Breakker’s music hits. Oba is on the stage, ready to head to the back, when Bron appears with Austin Theory and Maxxine Dupri. Bron and Oba stare each other down for a long moment until Austin guides Bron toward the ring.

Joe Hendry vs. Bron Breakker

Bron hasn’t moved since stepping into the ring, but the referee starts the match anyway. Joe stands still and does nothing. He yells at Bron, and Bron answers with a clothesline that sends Joe straight to the floor.

Joe shoves Theory into the ring post and hits a clothesline on him. Bron charges for the wacky spear, but Joe leapfrogs and Bron crashes into the ring steps. Joe sends Theory over the announce table.

Bron recovers, hits a spear, and gets the three count.

Winner: Bron Breakker

Bron heads to the back. Austin Theory jumps Joe right after the match. Theory lands a knee and throws punches. Tozawa runs out. Theory snap‑mares him, but Tozawa hits a boot. Tozawa follows with a head‑scissors takedown and a kick that sends Theory to the floor.

Big Cass Interview

Jackie Redmond is with Big Cass and welcomes him back to RAW. She says no one expected what happened and asks why he targeted Je’Von Evans.

Cass says it’s been eight years. He was left for dead in the dirt, and it took him eight long years to fight his way back. He says it wasn’t personal — Evans was simply in the way. Cass says he’s here to stack bodies. Evans was the first, and he won’t be the last.

Ethan Page Interview

Byron Saxton is with Ethan Page in the Interstitial Interview Area and asks about Page’s match tonight.

Byron asks what went wrong, and Page says Byron should be asking Je’Von Evans. Page says he would love to know how Evans is doing. Evans may have won the battle, but Page won the war. Page says karma came for Evans, and karma’s name is Big Cass.

Byron asks why Page lost.

Page says he won’t give away his game plan to everyone. He won’t hand an advantage to the competition, especially the Intercontinental Champion and the entire division. Page says he will not stop chasing gold in WWE. He says he will capture gold on RAW and become Intercontinental Champion.

Chad Gable In‑Ring Promo

Chad Gable makes his way to the ring. He says he loves the energy tonight. Last night was the greatest moment of his career. Everyone he talked to told him he deserved it. Chad says he has never claimed he deserved anything, but he thanked every single person. He says he has a few people to thank tonight.

Gable thanks Penta and calls him the definition of a fighting champion. He says Penta cemented his legacy as one of the greatest luchadors ever. Chad then thanks the fans for sticking with him for ten years. For sticking with him when he came close and it didn’t happen. For sticking with him when he was Shorty G. For sticking with him when he promised he would become a singles champion. Chad says when you make a promise, you work until you finish it.

Penta’s music hits and he walks to the ring.

Penta says Chad deserves the title. He says they stole the show last night. Tonight, he gives Chad his flowers. Penta says he knows Chad made mistakes, but he changed. Now Chad has their respect, and he has Penta’s respect. Penta tells Chad he is a luchador and one of the best wrestlers in the world.

Dominik Mysterio’s music interrupts. Dom comes out with JD McDonagh.

JD says he’s had enough of the sappy talk. Dom asks why he’s hearing people call Chad a real luchador. JD asks why any of the fans would cheer for either of them. He says Chad’s best match came and went, and it wasn’t last night — it was when Chad lost. Chad points out JD just lost to him, so what does that make JD?

Dom says Chad is keeping his title warm. He says they’re collecting all the gold, and they can end Chad’s journey any time they want.

Chad asks Dom if “any time” means right now. Chad says right here and right now works for him.

Dom accepts.

Chad Gable & Penta vs. Dominik Mysterio & JD McDonagh

Dom and Chad start the match by reversing wrist locks. Chad hits a pair of waist‑lock takedowns and clamps on a front facelock. Dom tries to slip out, but Chad holds tight. Chad follows with a bridging butterfly suplex for a count of two. Dom fires punches, but Chad sends him into the corner. Dom floats over, and Chad answers with an overhead belly‑to‑belly suplex for another close call. Chad twists Dom’s leg with a dragon screw in the ropes.

Penta tags in and kicks Dom, then hits a hesitation headstand kick. Chad follows with another overhead belly‑to‑belly suplex into the turnbuckles. Penta covers and gets a near fall. Penta kicks the back of Dom’s leg. JD nails Penta with a knee from behind, and Dom hits him as well. JD tags in and sends Penta into the turnbuckles before throwing punches.

JD chokes Penta and hits a short‑arm clothesline. He follows with a suplex and gets a two count. JD stomps on Penta’s hands. Penta kicks JD away and hits a wraparound bulldog. JD drives Penta into the corner. Dom tags in and kicks Penta. JD tags back in and they try a double belly‑to‑back suplex. Penta slips free and tags Chad. Chad hits a double clothesline.

Penta and Chad hit superkicks to send both opponents to the floor. Penta hits a flip dive onto JD and Dom. Chad returns to the ring and hits an Olympic Slam for a near fall. JD tags in. Dom pulls JD to the floor. JD hits a headbutt and an overhead belly‑to‑belly suplex. JD sends Chad into the announce table. Back inside, JD hits a diving headbutt and a belly‑to‑back suplex.

Chad fires chops. JD answers with a headbutt. Dom tags in and punches Chad. Dom chokes Chad in the ropes and kicks him. Chad hits a running takedown, but Dom cuts off the tag. Chad reaches again, but Dom grabs a front facelock and hits a knee. JD tags in and punches Chad. JD hits a suplex. Chad throws punches, but JD hits a uranage and a standing moonsault for a near fall.

JD puts Chad on the turnbuckles. They trade punches. Chad knocks JD down with punches and a headbutt. Chad hits a diving headbutt. Dom and Penta tag in. Penta hits a headscissors and a tilt‑a‑whirl backbreaker. Penta hits the Penta Driver for a close call.

Dom puts Penta on the turnbuckles. Penta reverses and puts Dom up top, then kicks him in the head. Chad tags in and goes for a moonsault, but Dom gets a foot up.

Chad grabs the ankle lock. Dom tries to escape, but Chad holds on. JD headbutts Chad to break the hold. Penta sends JD to the floor, kicks him, and hits a destroyer on the floor.

Dom loads the hammer into his boot and goes for the 619. Chad blocks it and takes the hammer. Dom drops Chad on the top rope. Penta hits Dom with the title belt. Chad hits Chaos Theory and gets the three count.

Paul Heyman and Bron Breakker Backstage

Paul Heyman is standing in front of the monitor, watching the replay, when Bron Breakker walks past him.

Bron stops and asks if Paul saw what just happened. He wonders if Paul plans to step in or do anything about it. Bron says he needs help and asks where Oba Femi went.

Paul tells him he has no idea where Oba is.

Bron nods and says Paul is right. He thought Oba was his new best friend.

Royce Keys vs. Jacob Fatu — Street Fight

Keys and Fatu step toward each other and trade words before the fists start flying. They begin throwing forearms back and forth. Keys drives Fatu into the corner and hits a series of shoulder shots.

Fatu answers with a kick and slams Keys into the turnbuckles. He follows with a heavy punch and whips Keys into the opposite corner. Fatu charges, but he misses the splash.

Keys fires back with a clothesline and a string of punches. Fatu shuts it down with a running back elbow. He follows with a clothesline that sends Keys over the top rope to the floor.

Fatu launches himself through the ropes with a suicide dive, smashing Keys into the announce table. He drags Keys to the apron and throws more punches.

Keys reverses an Irish whip and sends Fatu crashing into the ring steps. Keys pulls out a table, but Fatu cuts him off before he can set it up. Fatu slams Keys into the announce table and then into the ring post.

Fatu charges at Keys on the floor, but Keys cuts him off with a clothesline. Keys lifts Fatu and drives him through the ringside barrier with a running powerslam — the traditional spot.

Keys reaches under the ring and pulls out another table, sliding it into the ring. Fatu recovers and rams Keys into the ring post, then unloads punches. Fatu throws Keys over the announce table.

Fatu grabs a handful of chairs and starts tossing them into the ring. He headbutts Keys on top of the announce table and rakes the eyes. More chairs fly into the ring.

Keys springs off the floor with a flying clothesline. He throws punches and sends Fatu into the ring steps. Keys adds even more chairs to the pile inside the ring.

Keys rolls Fatu back into the ring, but Fatu turns and blasts Keys with a punch that knocks him off the apron. Fatu grabs a chair, but Keys cracks him across the back with a kendo stick.

Keys keeps swinging, landing several more shots with the stick. He slides the table into position inside the ring.

Fatu fires a punch and takes the kendo stick away. He drives the stick into Keys’ mouth, using it like a gag to force him back.

Fatu tries to suplex Keys onto the pile of chairs, but Keys shifts his weight and turns it around. Keys hits the suplex instead and gets a close count.

Fatu pops up and plants Keys with an implant DDT right onto the chairs, nearly ending it. He starts throwing chairs at Keys and then presses one against Keys’ chest.

Fatu climbs the turnbuckles, but Keys hurls a chair at him to shut it down. Keys follows up with a twisting powerslam off the corner, driving Fatu onto the chairs for another near fall.

Fatu snaps off a superkick, but Keys answers with a spinebuster. Keys pulls the straps down and charges in.

Fatu meets him with a pop‑up Samoan drop, driving Keys straight through the table. Fatu climbs and hits the double‑jump moonsault. He clamps on the Tongan Death Grip, and Keys goes limp.

The referee checks on Keys and immediately calls for the stoppage.

Winner: Jacob Fatu

Jacob Fatu Post‑Match Assault

The referee struggles to pull Jacob Fatu off Royce Keys after the match. Fatu breaks free and goes right back after Keys, locking in another Tongan Death Grip. Keys is bleeding from the mouth as Fatu leans over him.

Fatu says it’s family business and charges into the corner twice with running hip attacks. He wraps a chair around Keys’ neck while officials rush into the ring, holding out their hands and trying to calm him down.

Fatu pretends to back off, then swings the chair and crushes Keys with it still around his neck. He lines up a second shot, pauses, and holds the moment.

Roman Reigns’ music hits.

Roman walks onto the stage and looks down at the scene. He says he likes what he saw, and on a scale of one to one, Fatu earns a one.

Roman Reigns walks through Gorilla and stops when he sees Rey Mysterio. Roman offers his hand and Rey shakes it.

Rey tells Roman he wants to talk to him about something involving AAA.

WWE RAW Preview – August 3, 2026

Roman Reigns returns to RAW tonight after successfully defending the World Heavyweight Championship against Seth Rollins at SummerSlam. Reigns closed the weekend with one of the biggest wins of his second reign, and he arrives on RAW with something to say. The champion rarely shows up without purpose, so whatever he has on his mind will shape the next phase of his title run.

Big Cass Set for WWE Return

Nothing else has been officially advertised for tonight’s RAW, but Big Cass’ WWE return has been teased for weeks. A series of videos have aired on RAW hinting at his comeback, and tonight is the night WWE has circled for his return. Cass has not appeared on WWE programming in years, and his re‑entry into the roster adds a new wrinkle to the post‑SummerSlam landscape.

SummerSlam Fallout Expected

With both SummerSlam Saturday and SummerSlam Sunday now in the books, RAW will be loaded with fallout from the two‑night Premium Live Event.

SummerSlam Saturday featured six matches, including Liv Morgan retaining the Women’s World Championship against IYO SKY, Oba Femi defeating Brock Lesnar inside Hell in a Cell, and LA Knight, Royce Keys, and Solo Sikoa beating The Bloodline’s Jacob Fatu, Jimmy Uso, and Jey Uso in a Six Man Tag Team Match.
