They lock up and IYO backs Liv into the corner, but Liv kicks free and sends her down. IYO fires kicks and forearms to the back. Liv throws IYO into the turnbuckles and slaps her. IYO answers with a knee to the ribs and more kicks. She chokes Liv in the corner and hits a hesitation double‑knee strike. IYO tries a butterfly suplex, but Liv slips out. IYO handsprings away from Liv, sweeps the leg, and hits a dropkick. Liv rolls to the floor.

IYO steps onto the apron and lines up an Asai moonsault, but Liv yanks her off the ropes. IYO hits a forearm and climbs onto the barricade, but Liv drops her across it and then throws her into the barrier again.

Back in the ring, Liv hits a dropkick that sends IYO into the corner. Liv kicks away and screams at the referee. She keeps kicking IYO in the corner, then kicks her in the ribs. Liv hits a suplex, holds on, hits a second, then completes the Third Amiga. She follows with an enzuigiri for a two count.

Liv whips IYO and hits a running hip attack in the corner, then a running knee. IYO rolls her up and stomps Liv in the midsection. IYO hits a shotei and a kick to the head. Liv whips her again, but IYO lands on the apron and hits a forearm. IYO climbs and hits a missile dropkick. She follows with a running double‑knee strike in the corner. IYO kicks Liv while she’s draped over the middle rope.

IYO sets up the suicide dive sunset flip powerbomb — and she hits it clean as the match continues.

IYO climbs and sends Liv back into the ring. She heads to the turnbuckles for the moonsault, but…

Roxanne Perez jumps onto the apron and distracts the referee. Raquel Rodriguez reaches up and choke slams IYO off the turnbuckles, dropping her hard and leaving Liv in control.

Liv covers and gets a two count. IYO kicks her away when Liv tries obLIVion. IYO knocks Perez off the apron. Liv gets sent over the top rope, and Raquel catches her. IYO climbs and hits a moonsault onto Perez and Raquel while Liv slips back into the ring.

Liv snaps IYO into the ropes with a rana driver. Liv climbs, but IYO stops her with a shotei. IYO hits an elbow to the back, sets up the Spanish Fly, and connects for a close call.

IYO lands a forearm, Liv fires back, and they trade shots. IYO hits a butterfly gourd‑buster, then a butterfly backbreaker, but Liv rolls into the corner. IYO charges for the running double‑knee strike and crashes into the turnbuckles when Liv moves.

Liv goes for obLIVion, but IYO blocks it and plants her with a reverse swinging DDT. IYO follows with her own version of obLIVion for a near fall.

IYO goes up top for the moonsault but under‑rotates and lands on her feet. Liv climbs and hits a top‑rope Codebreaker for a count of two. IYO avoids obLIVion again, slips to the apron, and snaps Liv with a German suplex on the edge of the ring. IYO charges and crushes Liv with a running double‑knee strike against the ring post. The referee checks on Liv while IYO limps back toward the turnbuckles.

IYO goes for another moonsault, but Liv gets her knees up. Liv tries obLIVion and connects, but IYO manages to land on her feet. Liv hits a Codebreaker, then finally lands obLIVion clean for the three count.

Six-Man Tag Team Match: LA Knight, Solo Sikoa & Royce Keys vs. The Bloodline (Jey Uso, Jimmy Uso & Jacob Fatu)

All six men start brawling before the bell and the referee just lets it roll. Knight unloads punches and kicks on Jimmy. Jey chokes Solo in the corner. Knight hits a dropkick through the ropes to Fatu. Jimmy flies with a plancha onto Keys, Knight, and Fatu.

Jey keeps throwing punches at Solo, but Solo blocks the last one and fires back with his own shots, rocking Jey. Solo tells him to “run it back,” and Jey’s music plays to mock him. Fatu tags in.

Solo hits a Samoan drop and pauses to buffer. Fatu pops right back up, buffers too, then blasts Solo with a superkick and a pop‑up Samoan drop. Fatu follows with a back senton and keeps hammering Solo with punches as the match continues.

Fatu chokes Solo in the ropes and Jey kicks Solo while he’s trapped. Fatu keeps punching Solo and tags in Jimmy. Jimmy kicks Solo, then tags Jey. Jimmy hits a shoulder in the corner, Jey follows with a splash. Jey chokes Solo in the ropes and Fatu head‑butts him. Fatu tags back in and kicks Solo again, then hits another headbutt.

Fatu crushes Solo with a running hip attack in the corner and gets a two count. Fatu knocks Knight off the apron. Solo fights back with punches and knocks Jey off the apron. Both Solo and Fatu hit clotheslines and drop at the same time.

Jimmy and Keys tag in. Keys fires off clotheslines, then another one, then a splash in the corner. Jimmy whips Keys, but Keys explodes out with a clothesline. Keys lifts Jimmy and hits a World’s Strongest Slam, then plants Jey with a sit‑out spinebuster. Keys punches Jimmy and knocks Fatu off the apron. Jimmy fires a string of superkicks, but it looks like he tweaks his leg. Keys punches Jimmy on the turnbuckles.

Keys hits a super twisting powerslam. Jey and Knight tag in. Knight hits a clothesline and a back elbow. Knight hits a powerslam and boots Fatu off the apron. Knight sets up the YEAH‑ple’s Elbow and lands it. He kicks Fatu off the apron again. Jey escapes the BFT and hits a spear for a two count.

Knight hits a superplex on Jey, but Jimmy crashes down with a frog splash on Knight. Solo hits Jimmy with a uranage. Fatu plants Solo with an Impaler DDT and buffers. Keys hits a spinebuster on Fatu. Fatu superkicks Keys and lines up a spear through the barricade, but Keys counters with a powerslam into the timekeeper’s area.

Knight gets a near fall on Jey. Jey hits a spear and Jimmy tags in for another frog splash — two count. Jey tags back in and they set up 1D. Solo blasts Jey with a Samoan Spike. Knight kicks Jey and hits BFT for the three count.

Winners: Royce Keys, Solo Sikoa & LA Knight

After the match, Solo asks Knight for a hug. Knight hesitates… but gives him one.

Nick Aldis vs. GUNTHER

They lock up and GUNTHER immediately goes to a wrist lock. Nick reverses into one of his own. GUNTHER backs Nick into the ropes and shifts to a side headlock. Nick counters with a pair of side headlock takedowns. GUNTHER bails to the floor and strikes his signature pose on the announce table.

GUNTHER returns and Nick grabs another wrist lock, but GUNTHER forces him into the corner. GUNTHER chops on the break, but Nick fires back with punches. Nick hits a clothesline. GUNTHER goes for a crossbody, but Nick catches him and turns it into a suplex for a count of two.

GUNTHER kicks Nick away, then chops him over the top rope to the floor as the match continues.

GUNTHER sends Nick into the ring post and starts talking trash to Mickie James and their son. Nick fights back and goes for the Cloverleaf, but GUNTHER blocks it and chops him down.

GUNTHER unloads more chops, but misses the third. Nick fires back with a barrage of chops of his own. GUNTHER hits a hard Irish whip, then another one that sends Nick crashing. Nick answers with an Irish whip and a backbreaker. He tries for the Cloverleaf again, but GUNTHER kicks him away.

GUNTHER clamps on the sleeper and locks it in tight. Nick powers out and sends GUNTHER into the turnbuckles. GUNTHER is staggered, but still manages to hit a clothesline.

Nick cuts him off on the turnbuckles, sets up, and hits a superplex as the match continues.

Nick fires punches at GUNTHER and GUNTHER answers with chops. Nick hits a clothesline, GUNTHER hits one right back. GUNTHER goes for another, but Nick cuts him off with his own. Nick follows with a Bulldog Power Slam for a close call.

Nick goes up top and misses the dive, but lands on his feet when GUNTHER moves. GUNTHER misses a Yakuza kick and Nick hits the Smiley Slam, then drops an elbow off the turnbuckles. Nick hits another elbow to the back and finally locks in the Cloverleaf. GUNTHER fights through the pain and crawls to the ropes for the break.

GUNTHER sends Nick into the turnbuckles and clamps on the sleeper. Nick reverses, but GUNTHER escapes with a suplex. GUNTHER follows with a power bomb for a count of two. He drives elbows into Nick’s clavicle, then wraps on the sleeper again with a body scissors as the match continues.

Nick fights to his feet inside the sleeper, but GUNTHER drags him right back down to the mat. Nick struggles, reaches, tries to shift his weight… but GUNTHER tightens the body scissors and cranks back.

Nick taps out.

Winner: GUNTHER

After the match, Nick Aldis gets a full standing ovation. Mickie James and their son join him in the ring as the crowd salutes him.

The Bella Twins & Paige vs. Fatal Influence (Fallon Henley, Jacy Jayne & Lainey Reid)

Fallon blasts Brie with a punch to start. She tries a hip toss, but Brie blocks it, lands on her feet, and hits a side Russian leg sweep. Brie follows with chest kicks and the roundhouse.

Jacy and Reid jump Paige and Nikki, dragging them off the apron. Paige recovers and hits a crossbody on both.

Brie climbs the turnbuckles and punches Fallon, but Jacy yanks Brie down when the referee isn’t looking. Reid throws Brie into the ring steps and stomps the back of her head. Jacy follows with a cannonball against the steps as Fatal Influence takes control.

Jacy hits a back senton for a count of two. She whips Brie into the corner and hits a hip attack. Reid tags in, drives an elbow into the corner, and gets a near fall. Reid sends Brie into the turnbuckles but runs into an elbow. Brie punches Fallon and Jacy, then sends Reid to the floor.

Reid circles around Nikki and cheap‑shots her, stopping Brie from tagging. Nikki finally gets the tag and fires off clotheslines, then a facebuster. Nikki kicks Jacy, sends her crashing into Fallon, then clotheslines Fallon which leads into a DDT on Jacy. Nikki covers Reid for two. Nikki tries to lift Reid, but Jacy distracts her. Reid rolls Nikki up for a near fall. Nikki hits a forearm. Nikki tries again to lift Reid, Fallon cuts her off, but Paige nails Fallon with a thrust kick and a cannonball. Nikki hits Rack Attack, but Jacy breaks the cover.

Brie hits a forearm on Jacy. Brie helps Nikki up and they set for a Hart Attack, but Fallon trips Brie. Reid hits a knee, Fallon tags in, and they hit a double fisherman’s buster — Paige breaks the cover.

Brie hits a running knee on Reid and sends Jacy to the floor. Fallon throws Brie into the turnbuckles. Fallon lifts Nikki, they collide, and both fall. Jacy tags in, Paige tags in. Paige misses Rolling Encore, then gets a sunset flip for two. Paige kicks Fallon on the floor, but Jacy hits Rolling Encore for the three count.

Winners: Fatal Influence

After the match, the Bellas and Paige hug and raise each other’s hands…

Nikki suddenly clotheslines Paige. Brie and Nikki both attack Paige. Nikki lifts her and hits Rack Attack as the turn takes a dark turn.

Undisputed WWE Championship Match: CM Punk (c) vs. Cody Rhodes

They go face to face before locking up, circling each other with tension already thick. They lock up and Punk backs Cody into the corner. Punk chops Cody on the break. They lock up again and move around the ring so Cody can return the favor. Punk chops, Cody chops, and they trade shots back and forth.

Cody hits an Irish whip, Punk leaps over him, then takes Cody down with a head‑scissors and kicks the shoulder. Punk works an arm wringer into a hammerlock. Cody counters with a side headlock. Cody hits a shoulder tackle and gets a quick two count. Another shoulder tackle, another near fall. Punk suddenly goes for the GTS, but Cody slips out and takes him down with a side headlock again.

Cody keeps grinding the headlock, mixing in shoulder tackles and takedowns for more near falls. Punk backs Cody into the ropes and chops him. Cody sends Punk into the turnbuckles and chops back. Punk targets the injured arm, twisting it with an arm wringer and kicking at it. Punk keeps wrenching the arm, kicks Cody again, but Cody grabs a side headlock. Punk shifts to a hammerlock. Cody escapes by sending Punk to the floor.

Punk goes for a shoulder from the apron, but Cody knees him. Cody follows with a suicide dive. Cody throws Punk into the timekeeper’s area, then breaks the count. Punk fires a forearm and hits a clothesline off the barricade. Punk shakes out his left knee, rolls Cody back inside, climbs up top, and hits a double sledge. Punk follows with a suplex for a near fall as the championship match continues.

Cody hits the drop‑down uppercut, but Punk answers with a leg lariat — and that left leg is clearly getting worse. Punk follows with a running knee in the corner. He goes for the bulldog, but Cody blocks it and hits an atomic drop to the knee, then kicks the leg out. Cody tries for the single‑leg crab, but Punk fights it off.

Punk tries to lift Cody for GTS, but the leg won’t let him. Cody hits a dragon screw and unloads punches. Cody drives shoulders into Punk in the corner, then hangs Punk’s leg in the ropes and kicks the knee again. Cody punches Punk in the corner and hits another dragon screw. Cody keeps attacking the knee, but Punk punches him away.

Punk manages to get Cody up, but Cody elbows free. Cody goes for Beautiful Disaster, Punk kicks him out of mid‑air, and both men drop. Punk hits the bulldog, then a body slam as the title match continues.

Punk limps to the apron and climbs, but Cody cuts him off with a forearm. Cody sets for a superplex, Punk fires back with a forearm of his own, knocks Cody down, and hits the elbow drop for a close call.

Punk signals the end and tries again to get Cody up, but Cody elbows free. Cody hits a Cody Cutter for a count of two. Cody follows with Beautiful Disaster for another two. Cody targets the knee with punches, then hits the double‑jump Cody Cutter for yet another near fall.

Cody calls for CrossRhodes, but Punk kicks him away. Cody shoots in with a double‑leg takedown and tries for the figure four. Punk kicks Cody into the turnbuckles and rolls him up. Cody blocks the GTS and finally locks in the figure‑four leg lock.

Cody cranks up the pressure on the figure‑four, but Punk rolls through and forces Cody to grab the ropes for the break. Punk immediately counters with an Anaconda Vice, wrapping Cody up tight. Cody fights and reaches the ropes again.

Punk kicks Cody — then accidentally uses the injured leg and instantly regrets it. Punk unloads chops and knees in the corner. He tries to get Cody up, but Cody grabs the ropes. Cody hoists Punk for a Bang‑O‑Rang, but Punk counters straight into another Anaconda Vice. Punk shifts into a jackknife cover for a near fall.

Cody fires back with CrossRhodes — only a count of two as the war continues.

Cody puts Punk on the turnbuckles and hits a series of forearms, but Punk fires back and knocks Cody down to the mat. Punk goes for a moonsault, completely botches it, but still manages to scramble into a cover and gets a two count.

Punk drills Cody with a clothesline for a close call. Punk slaps Cody across the face, then hoists him up — Cody rakes the eyes to escape. Punk fires a forearm and finally connects with Go To Sleep, but he takes too long to cover and only gets a count of two.

Cody rolls to the floor. Punk follows and sends Cody into the announce table. Punk climbs onto the table, but Cody sweeps the legs. Cody goes for CrossRhodes, Punk counters. Punk goes for GTS, Cody counters. Cody breaks the count, then starts rearranging the second announce table.

Back in the ring, Punk hits Go To Sleep again, but Cody grabs the bottom rope to break the cover.

They spill back to the floor and Punk drags Cody onto the announce table. Punk looks over at the ring post, makes his decision, and climbs all the way up.

Punk dives, Cody moves. Punk crashes straight through the announce table as the match continues.

The referee starts his count. Cody picks Punk up and drags him back into the ring. The referee checks on Punk, and Cody goes for the double‑jump Cody Cutter — but Punk moves and Cody wipes out the referee instead.

Punk fires back with Go To Sleep, and Cody collapses forward onto Punk, causing Punk to hit a second one unintentionally. Cody rolls away and hits CrossRhodes, but Punk spills to the floor before Cody can cover.

Randy Orton suddenly appears, slides in, and hits Cody with an RKO. He leaves immediately.

Punk and the referee recover and return to the ring. Punk hoists Cody and hits Go To Sleep for the three count.

Winner: CM Punk

Hell in a Cell Match: Brock Lesnar (w/ Paul Heyman) vs. Oba Femi

Oba explodes at the bell with a kick and punches, then drives shoulders into Brock in the corner. Oba hits an Irish whip and an uppercut in the corner. He goes for another uppercut, misses, and Brock immediately hits two German suplexes. Brock follows with a third German, but Oba pops right back up.

Oba charges and sends Brock over the top rope to the floor. Oba rams Brock into the apron, then into the cell wall. Brock recovers enough to Irish whip Oba into the ring steps as the fight continues.

Oba blocks the suplex and hits one of his own on the floor. He sends Brock into the ring steps again. Oba goes under the ring, pulls out a table, and props it against the cell wall. Oba Irish whips Brock straight through the table.

Oba drags out a pile of chairs and throws Brock back into the ring. Brock recovers enough to smash Oba with the ring steps twice… then a third time.

Brock hits a German suplex. Then another German suplex. Brock grabs a chair and cracks Oba across the back. He hits him again as the chaos continues inside the Cell.

Brock hits another suplex, then suplexes Oba directly onto a pile of chairs. Brock tries for the F5, but Oba blocks it and plants Brock with a choke slam, leaving both men down.

Oba fires punches into Brock’s midsection and hits an uppercut in the corner. He follows with more uppercuts, but Brock suddenly hoists Oba — Oba slips out of the F5 again and hits another choke slam, then a toss power bomb as the Cell war continues.

Oba hits a sit‑out power bomb for a close call. Brock powers back, gets Oba up, and hits an F5… then a second… then a third. Brock covers, but only gets a count of two.

Brock grabs a chair and blasts Oba across the back repeatedly. Brock then starts tearing up the canvas, ripping it apart to expose the “protective mat,” then pulls that up too, exposing the wooden boards underneath as the Cell carnage escalates.

Brock hauls Oba up and drops him with a tombstone piledriver directly on the exposed boards. Brock covers, but only gets a count of two.

Oba punches the chair out of Brock’s hands, scoops him up, and hits a sit‑out power bomb on the boards for the three count.

Winner: Oba Femi

After the match, Brock slowly returns to the ring. He pulls off his elbow pads, steps toward Oba… and hugs him.

Brock raises Oba’s hand, then asks for a mic.

Brock tells Minnesota — and everyone watching this — that Oba is the future of WWE. He congratulates him and repeats that Oba is the future. Brock says he’s the past, and Oba is the future.

WWE SummerSlam 2026 Night 1 Preview

SummerSlam Saturday features a six‑match card, and the biggest fight of the night takes place inside Hell in a Cell. Oba Femi and Brock Lesnar meet for the rubber match in their trilogy. Femi crushed Lesnar at WrestleMania 42. One month later, Lesnar answered with a barrage of F5s at Clash in Italy. Now the cage surrounds them as they settle the score with no escape and no excuses.

SmackDown General Manager Nick Aldis steps into the ring for his WWE in‑ring debut. GUNTHER antagonized Aldis for weeks, and Aldis finally fought back at Saturday Night’s Main Event, costing GUNTHER a future world title shot. The “Ring General” now looks to punish the GM, while Aldis enters SummerSlam with something to prove.

Fallon Henley, Jacy Jayne, and Lainey Reid of Fatal Influence face Paige and WWE Hall of Famers The Bella Twins. The six‑woman match brings together long‑running grudges and new alliances as both sides look to make a statement on one of WWE’s biggest weekends.

LA Knight teams with Royce Keys and Solo Sikoa to battle The Bloodline’s Jimmy Uso, Jey Uso, and Jacob Fatu. The Bloodline’s chaos continues to spread, and tonight’s six‑man fight adds another chapter to the family war.

Liv Morgan defends the WWE Women’s World Championship in her first televised defense of this reign. IYO SKY earned the shot by beating Morgan in the 2026 Queen of the Ring finals. SKY looks to repeat that success, while Morgan tries to keep her momentum alive.
